“Very high-quality food and excellent customer service. Bailey has been enjoying PURE Dog food for about 5 years now. He is 10 years old, his lab work is “perfect” and “beautiful” according to his vet. There are a variety of choices for every doggie taste and sensitivity. Customer service has always been very responsive to my schedule, travel needs, etc. Highly recommend”
“Ive been coming here for six years with my pup Moby.
From his first haircut until now I’ve never had an issue with grooming and if and sometimes if something comes up where the groomer has to reschedule, I’m usually okay with that except for today.
We got a last minute cancellation, the day before our spring break vacation.
It was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I at least wanted to be acknowledged for the inconvenience.
I was able to book and receive a face, foot and fanny trim, which I am grateful for until I am able to reschedule again.
This is not a complaint because I understand things happen. I truly appreciate the customer service I received, the Easter photos and dog treats.
