He had nothing to say but great things and how good it was for our dog. He said the cost was a little more, but that would be nothing to keep our dog healthy and live longer, and in the long run we would not being spending all the expensive costs of medically having to treat a sick dog, one thing that us dog lovers surely know. It doesn’t have added ingredients to try and keep the freshness like all those typical kibble pet foods that add carcinogenic ingredients that can cause cancer!! And all the flavors, different vegetables, and vitamins that are sourced and made in the U.S.A. make it #1 in our book and most of all for our Bailey! Thank you Pure Dog Food!!!!!”

“First off! Shout out to this store for amazing customer service. I was welcomed by the staff , they checked in with me to ensure I was finding things ok. I was looking to switch up the kibble I was feeding, I was assisted by Tally who delivered phenomenal customer service specifically in detail to ingredients inquired what I was looking for price wise and how much my dogs weighed . Gave some pointers on the ingredient lines , over all a great consultation. Tally also assisted with helping me with making tags for my pups. Awesome store lots of choices I will be back”

Anytime we walk in they know our dog's names, they come over to greet us with a smile, and always offer the best advice on food and treats. Our groomer Leslie is thumbs up the best in the west and trust me when I say that Healthy spot has the top groomers in Los Angeles. “I come to this PetSmart all the time with my Aunt who has a pet but I don't. I just help her lift the heavy litter for her cat. So we were in there this past Sunday and were very pleasantly satisfied with the outstanding customer service given from Staff Associate/Dog Trainer Lucas. It was so surprising to go into a store nowadays and actually have an employee sincerely make you feel like they want to help you. I thought at 1st he was going to get annoyed when we ask for help like most stores you go to but No Lucas was so patient and kind and believe me my aunt is extremely hard to please. Lucas shared with us examples of how he deals with his own pets to give us of a clear example on how to work with my aunts. He was genuinely a nice guy. He should be running the place. No offense to whoever is Manager. Thanks Team Jefferson PetSmart they are all nice also the young lady who handles the cats in the back is a true gem.
