The staff at the Culver City store is always professional and friendly. There’s one a little closer to me but I choose this location because everything is always consistently pleasant.

Not happy with my order online. I placed an order, around 5:45pm. I received an email confirming my order was received at 6:10pm. I didn't get any notification so I had to go to the store and ask.So I found 2 employees chatting, I asked one of them to help me regarding my order. Looked like they didn't like I bothered them. Employee checked his device and told me he just received a notification 5 seconds ago. They gathered everything I ordered not in q happy mode.Is true about this younger generation, they don't really do what they're supposed to do.

really disappointing store. I brought my dog in for grooming and was eligible for a free session, but some "manager" with an attitude rudely says, "what's that?" when I show my cell phone app for the free session. He says, "oh you have to wait, the free session will arrive in 24 hours."Well, it's a week later and I haven't been credited with the session. What's more he never even asked for the phone number registered with the account or offered a receipt.I really hate the staff and that "manager" at this location.

Please feed the African dwarf frogs they are all starving to death!!! Don’t just put them on sale they need to eat and they need someone competent enough to take care of all of the aquatic section not just the fish. They don’t eat fish flakes they eat bloodworms! It made me sick to my stomach to see how terribly they’ve been treated please do better and get someone that knows how to take care of animals.

Offering pet essentials to pet owners, Petco is the place I go for turtle food. Of course, the dog insists on coming, as she loves walking the dog food section just to get a few whiffs of food.While the store is older, it's clean and pet friendly. In the past, I've even had staff offer my pup a treat when checking out. The availability of items for turtle's owners is small, but they have what I wanted on my latest trip, including the turtle food sticks my turtle loves to eat.As for dog and cat food, there are many types to choose from. Additionally the pet supplies like leashes, collars, clothing, and more offers a number of options to consider.

This is a well-managed location. Everyone in the store is very helpful, professional.I take my dogs for grooming and they have excellent care. The groomers are caring and efficient.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very unprofessional! Petco groomer and the manger Lizbeth claimed that they weren’t able to groom my pups due to their curly coat. They are suppose to be licensed groomers keep that in mind… I tried to be understanding and not get so upset. Luckily I called pampered tails which was located down the street. They informed me that their coat is in perfect condition and that they can do a shower and brush . Petco do better, please retrain your employees…

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Went in to grab a few things. When paying, I asked Anthony if I could make a donation for a BOBS gift. When asking if I could get a specific gift, he said "they're over there on the other register". I didn't see them, so I kindly asked if he wouldn't mind helping me and grabbing them (since I wasn't sure where "there" was). He repeated, "they're over there on the register". I honestly couldn't find it, but instead of helping he just stood there. He wasn't being pleasant or helpful, so I decided to pass on the $20 donation gift. I wouldn't suggest asking Anthony for help, as he clearly doesn't care enough about his customers to give it.

Every time I come in here is has been a sub par shopping experience. There manager Raymond has an attitude on multiple occasions and evening staff overall unfriendly. The store is constantly disorganized, shelves out of stock, and very poor customer service. Not to mention I feel terrible for the animals that live there in captivity for the name of profit, and have concerns about their quality of life and what happens if they don’t get adopted?! If they treat their customers this bad, I wonder how they treat the innocent animals. They had no compassion for me or my dog while there.A couple weeks ago I was stopping buy getting some extra food for my dog and cat quickly at the end of a supplies run. The same manager was there that night, and a female employee rushed to announce in reaction to my walking in “the store will be closing in 10 minutes.” No welcome, no asking if I needed help so they can get me out on time, just rushing me and being unwelcoming.Today they had all of their treats and chews on sale buy one, get one 40% off and I wasn’t even buying treats, but my pup was excited so decided to take advantage. At the checkout the deal wasn’t ringing up, the “manager” sent an employee to go check for the offer. I posted a photo of the falsely advertised offer in the review pics. He was very confused, I asked for him to honor the offer since it was posted and they were so confused, and talk to his manager about it when they had someone to seek clarification from. He said the cashier who sent him to the back was already the manager. When I went back to explain this to the cashier he was very rude and I became upset while expressing to them how frustrated I was. He seems to think it is fine that they are false advertising and sarcastically told me to “have a good night” several times. Their store is disorganized, boxes everywhere, and many shelves out of stock and poor customer service every time!! It is so bad I am reporting the experience to their corporate.A note to to Raymond “The Manager” and feedback for the “GM”:When I mentioned after multiple poor experiences in a short time that I planned on writing a review, he handled the situation by continuing to not honor the offer which is all I ever wanted was for them to not falsely advertise and waste time. As a manager this person is not able to handle their duties. He went out of his was to let me know he didn’t like my language, and continued to be sarcastic while attempting to aggravate me. This person seemed to have little comprehension they are the “Manager” for a corporate chain, that I had a right to be unhappy when they are false advertising and giving customers a run around when asking for them to honor what they are advertising! This is terrible that Petco has someone this immature managing their store on Saturday, a peak day. He was very concerned about my “attitude” although I stayed calm and patient for 10+ minutes, and they continued to give me a runaround. Finally I did beome so upset that I cursed because he continued to talk to me like we are in high school and not managing anything. If anything he should have been more supportive of the new guy named Edwin who he sent back to do a price check, yet this person clearly had no training to perform this task and was very confused. I am in my 30’s and look much younger, don’t appreciate the runaround, and don’t have time for an immature manager to be so unprofessional when simply trying to run a quick errand.Raymond the “manager” went out of his was to try to find personal reasons to blame me (I was completely calm until it took 10+ minutes to do a simple price check when the sign clearly states the brand and it was buy one get one 40% off), he made comments like, “get some rest.” Yet, never actually addressed the situation and continued to antagonize me, saying “he was going to help me, but now it is my fault and I am upset so can’t get help.” I will never go to Petco again!!

Your system takes orders charges accounts and takes rewards . Once charged the system then canceled my order failing to return gift cards and rewards. Furthermore while I store I can see several bags of food yet online it’s being Cancled without a legitimate reason . The order was online for in store pick up .

The cashier was very informative on questions about my pet at this location. It was great to have someone knowledgeable there. I don't get that at most locations.

I needed flea medication for my cat ASAP. I was able order the medication online and pick it up and hour later in the store. You also had an online promotion, so the price was much lower than Amazon!!!
