CUSTOMERS BEWARE!On March 14 2024 I visited Pizza Hut located at 10780 Jefferson Blvd. I am caring for a loved one who recently had a heart attack and a stroke. With a variety of pizza restaurants to select from, I selected Pizza Hut.I ordered a Personal Pan Pizza and my family member enjoyed it. I also paid for said pizza wirh my debit card. I recently reviewed my bank statement and guess what. I WAS CHARGED $189.54 . Even more interesting Pizza Hut is not listed on my bank statement; Numero Uno is and it is located in a different city. Horrible!

I've gone to this Pizza Hut many times before over the last year and today was my best experience thus far. I actually vowed after the last time I went that I wasn't gonna go back but I said why not give one more try. The gentleman named Jason Richards, who was training a young man when I walked in was very professional and kind to everyone who walked in. The store was Extremely shorthanded For a Friday.. There was a total of two employees in there, One managing and 1 in training and the orders were coming in very fast.. Watching this young man train, take orders, run outside to do Curbside pick up then running back inside to pull pizzas out. The oven was extraordinary to say the least! I've been going to pizza huts for over 30 years. And I've never seen a young man. Do literally 10 things at 1 time and wear so many hats. I had to take the time out to leave A. Review on a Friday evening for this young man. Because he is truly any employers dream. Employee to see his dedication. Impatience and the level of expertise he puts into what he's doing in a pizza. Hut, it's very commendable in today's time Where most young people don't even want to work!

The pizzas were not freshly made at all and the meat toppings tasted old and dry. I do not recommend.

Placed an order on iber eats. Been 1 hr. I called and said they run out and I have to cancel . The lady manager said I have to call them to get a refund. I said I m not gonna spend time on the phone while I have been waiting an hour and she said then umyou won't get your money back and hung up. The Adam manager was no help either. Great customer service guys ?

At the last minute I chose pizza hut for dinner. The voice over the phone was very nice, made me feel like a valued customer. Pizza was hit and delicious!!!!Parking: My instructions were to pull up, but it was a red line in front of pizza hut, so I was a little confused. Wasn't sure where to park so I parked in front of pizza hut with my emergency light blinkers.

The prices are a scam. They have a QR code to follow for the menu with prices. I went ahead to create a pizza starting at $15.89. I added two toppings. The lady taking my order said that “after the service fee and tax…”, and told me it was $29 with change.There’s no viable reason the price should have such a difference. There should be no service fee as there is no delivery. The product is already being paid for and there is a tax as well. The lady told me it’s online prices. That is not right, as a chain brand the prices should be the same unless it’s a coupon or deal occurring.I will not be trying Pizza Hut again with these price scams. There are competitors with far better pricing. There should not be a substantial price difference nor a service fee when there’s no delivery in place. The product already is being paid for and it’s not the cheapest out there.

They have a crispy crust vegan alternative pizza with only olives and pineapples.No cheese and no tomato sauce. Enjoy!

Maria the cashier haves a bad attitude. Don't come here they don't know how to take an order instead of them fixing the issue they'd rather argue with you . Bad customer service first and last time ever coming here. Quality of the pizza is trash.

Awful. Got the big new Yorker, which was nothing more than cheese bread on cardboard with a few scarce pepperoni. No sauce to speak of. That monstrosity and 6 wings was almost $35. Wings are okay but that pizza shouldn't be called pizza.

I asked what deals they had available, they gave me the option for the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for 10.99 each, we got a soda. Somehow the charge came up to $56 dollars!!! Someone definitely doesn't know what they're doing there. Seems like this happens a lot where they try to pull a fast one on their customers. And the pizza was cold!!!!!!

Told manager my "stuffed crust" pizza had nothing inside. He didn't seem to care. So I paid extra money for NOTHING. Rip off!

Ok, so I ordered five pizzas (and chicken wings) this evening for a family dinner and this is how they arrived. It looked like the delivery person dropped the pizzas or put them in his/her car on their side. The big box dinner looked like all of the items were thrown in the box. By the way, this meal cost me $186.00, including the delivery charge and driver's tip paid before delivery.
