“I ship alot, and usually use FedExThis particular store is tied for the worst store you'll find.Bad and rude service/ eye rolling behind the counter help.Manager is also quite unhelpful.He actually broke my new box that contained 2 pillows to show me how it wasn't strong.I think they can find better ways to handle shipping issues.Went back to the store and the manager apologized I'm impressed with that and realized I could have handled it better as well. I changed my review from 1 star To 5 star for that reason.”

“Thank you! The team at this store helped me 4 days in a row as I was clearing out a storage unit and shipping all varieties of items. A special shout out to Trevor especially on all the days and also to Adrian on day 4. The first three days I went directly after the storage unit closed at 6pm in order to arrive at this UPS store as early as possible before they closed at 7pm. On my last day in town, I arrived at the UPS store earlier in the day before my flight and they worked with me to estimate the cost of my final shipment so that I could continue onward to the airport. I appreciated your going above and beyond to work with me. It meant a lot to me to have your support during this transitional time!p.s. bring along some cash as they have a tip jar in case you feel inspired to support all they do! I told them to get a Venmo :)”
