This is an update! As of March 28, 2024. This particular facility’ would be great if it were supervised by people who actually cared about customers and employees. They are terrible! Tony Gradford, and Bilal are a major disappointment. Bilal tried to make me pay a $200 increase like I didn’t know they were only increasing the rent from $509 to $609. Gradford pretended to help me about the extremely bad customer service I endured from his regional managers. Then he began ignoring my phone calls and messages. Neither of the two could not even take a few minutes out the day and show appreciation for their employee who was making them look good. I never mailed a letter to corporate. I have yet to get any response or acknowledgment. This company is a sorry excuse for a business. And they RAISE YOUR RENT EVERY SIX MONTHS!! Don’t rent unit 2015. There is some sort of fluid leaking into the unit that they claim to not know where it came from. I believe it has happened prior to me renting the unit but they are acting as if it never happened. Do business with this company AT YOUR OWN RISK!!I’ll tell you this. If it wasn’t for Daisy and Victoria, whom I met last year in September, I would not have had a good experience with this storage facility. Daisy has done an exemplary job by offering me stellar customer service! She’s gone beyond what was required to insure that I left the facility feeling happy that I chose this storage company to house me and my family’s belongings. Victoria accomplished the same thing last year when she went beyond what is required. Unfortunately, I endured a very terrible experience from THREE regional managers yesterday. They single-handedly put a sour taste in my mouth. I was treated in a manner that is worse than disrespectful. I felt like I was being bullied and harassed and low key intimidated by their titles and uncaring disposition. I thank GOD Daisy was there to help remove the ugly sting that the three regional managers, Myra, Julia/Julie and Baloc, caused. They were terrible examples of customer service. They’ve demonstrated what customer service should NOT be if you want to have a successful business. They also set a terrible example for their employee. After that horrific incident by the three regional managers. Daisy showed respect and consideration which caused me to not reconsider continuing to do business with Public Storage. Same applies to Victoria. Prior to meeting Victoria, last year, the customer service at this location was truly to be desired.

Daisy is amazing. She is always friendly and helpful and always on time. Daisy made the experience very easy. She is by far the best manager.

Came in to buy boxes earlier this month Daisy was the lady that assisted me. She gave me all the promotions that they have going on. She went above and beyond exceeded her customer service. recommend this place they have 30% off on bundles

Great place! My van was broken down across the street, and I had rented from the wrong location online, but Daisy was a great help, got me my refund minus the admin fee, and put me up in a space equal to the other one at a discounted price! Wow! Thanks again!
