Called the store to check if they carry a product I was looking for and the phone kept ringing and after the 3rd attempt they pick up and said can you please hold and I was on hold for about 10 minutes and just gave up hanged up. I just had a simple question and they were not helping. Bad service.

The staff has always been helpful when I visit. Last time I was looking for hair dye. The staff explained the steps I would need to take and which products to use. My hair color turned out exactly how I wanted it to thanks to the advice given from the staff here.

Honestly I just feel sad right now. I'm not going back in there. I just wanted to get paraffin wax to do the girl I nanny's nails for her birthday. Now I don't know where to go. I walked in and apparently the two employees there were VERY interested in helping this other customer. I feel so sad, I have worked in retail and restaurants for years and would never act like someone didn't exist when they walked in. I'm such a nice customer and I was so so so ready to spend my money there and be done. Im so sorry but I don't have all day. I literally have such limited time as I work 3 jobs, 60 hours a week and going to visit them before or after my jobs on a weekday is not feasible I was so excited to get this for my one nanny girl. I have a spa night planned for her birthday and this is the last step.! I walked in and assumed the cashier was the only person working and 3 ladies were checking out. Apparently one of the ladies checking out apparently worked there? It was an empty store besides those checking out. No one knowledged me when I walked in the store one foot from their vision. Because I didn't have time to look around, knowing the employees could show me right what I needed, I stood respectfully back waiting my turn. When I was finally acknowledged I just asked if she could point me in the direction of the paraffin as that was all I needed. Suddenly one of the women I thought was checking out chimes in, 'its down the first row on the right side.' I then realized she must work there. NO PROBLEM!! but I took a significant amount of time pacing up and down that row. I saw the bags but not the wax. I started googling paraffin wax sold at Sally beauty to not seem incompetent. Working in service for a long time I know things that seem invisible are often in front of your nose. I could not find it for the life of me!! The cash register was down the same isle as the alleged paraffin wax so I start asking Google out loud to find paraffin wax in Sally beauty paraffin wax sold near me. Two workers are essentially 6 ft from me desperately trying to clue them in that I needed help. The people checking out had probably been there 10 minutes already just chatting and grabbing different products to exchange! How fun for both of you! I soooo realize and empathize that you're there 8 hours a day and need to stretch the time sometimes. But you know what would have CHANGED MY WORLD TODAY?! EITHER ONE OF YOU glancing up to acknowledge me, and see I've been in the store actively struggling for over ten minutes now and point it out and say "I'm just finishing up with another customer but can be with you in a minute!' instead I was treated invisible. Tow friends buying one hair product you wanted to switch out was far more important than once checking in to see I was okay. I don't expect or deserve a monopoly on your time. But I did feel absolutely slighted and discouraged in a way I strive to make sure my patrons never feel. It's honestly completely unrealistic to expect I'm a professional in beauty and know where everything is or to take 30 minutes with a customer seemingly checking out and finished than to even make one attempt to help me in the slightest. Sorry I can't spend 50 dollars where I'm wildly offended that the employees think I'm not worthy of shopping there. Now traveling to Michaels, Joannes and another Sally's beauty to try to find what I nee.d I will never ever ever come here again. Made to feel like I didn't belong. Glad you got one hair dye purchased from the two friends checking out that needed both of your undivided attn for 20 minutes that you weren't even able to acknowledge me or walk 6 ft down to show me one product and go back to your social sesh! I am insulted and defeated feeling. Sally beauty, you're not a licensed salon. Two ladies who are at checkout and want to gab should not occupy your time to the extent that one of you cannot look my way and help me find something. I don't need to c

Bought some hair dye from here but didn’t really know what I wanted. Noah was a huge help and was able to use some reference photos to match a dye with my hair and I got exactly the result I wanted!

there was a super disrespectful customer in the store making a scene and the employees handled it really well. they were much more patient than i would’ve been! the workers are always super nice here :)

got here at 6:50 pm and the store was closed. door was locked and security gate was up. the hours online and posted on the window at this location said it closes at 8pm. lame.

There is a Sally Beauty right by my house, however I always drive to this location. The store is always clean, the specialists always greet you when you come through the door and everyone is generally helpful. Today, Kenny caught me in search of hair color and went above and beyond to suggest and help me find the right brand and color. He could have walked right by me and not gone that extra mile, however being helpful and assistive seems to be who he is. He even opened up a register to expedite the line that developed. Thanks Kenny for being a great representation of what awesome Customer Service should be!

Omg thank you so much to the girl that worked at Sally’s on Wednesday around 4pm with the curly hair? you saved my horrible hair❤️ I went to do my hair at a salon and it was not what I wanted but thanks to the sales associate she was able to find the right things for it thank you so much
