Stopped by today to pick up some perfume and a primer for my dry skin. The perfume I wanted wasn't on the self. Le'Ana went in the back to check and see if there was any in stock. They didn't have it at n stock so she offered to ship it to me by ordering online. Le'Ana also helped me pick a good primer for my dry skin. I love when I get 5 star service at Sephora.

I just want to thank the guy working in the skincare section. I was there 2/9. He is truly an expert! He recommended me products that worked with my sensitive skin and wouldn’t react with the other ingredients in my routine. I also had irritated skin for weeks and with the products he recommended the irritation on my face went away overnight!

Appointment was not rescheduled with preferred makeup artist, was rescheduled with Wendy. Makeup application was horrible, nothing like I asked. Complained to manager and was only given a 20% discount tho makeup was completely taken off in store. Too late to apply my own makeup, ruined my whole night. Will not be returning for services.

On January 2nd, I walked into this Sephora and immediately when I entered the store I felt as if I was being stared down by this one specific employee. When I walked into an aisle, the Sephora employee by the name “Kaitlyn” approached me. I could immediately tell that her attitude was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. She didn’t bother to greet herself at first like the rest of the employees did and gave an attitude. When I asked Kaitlyn for assistance in finding a product, her response was far from friendly. She barely acknowledged my presence and handed me the product with a dismissive gesture. Her lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left me feeling disrespected as a costumer. To make matters worse, as I thanked Kaitlyn for her help, she responded with a dirty look and said “My name is Kaitlyn for when the people at the register ask who helped you out.” and walked away. It was clear that she had no interest in providing a positive shopping experience or even basic customer service and just wanted credit for who she helped out. Thankfully, everyone else was so sweet and I have no complaints about the rest of the staff.

Horrible Customer Service at this Sephora. There was one staff who approached me by screaming and improper greeting asking me if I need help. I needed help and by her improper rude approach I said no never mind. Then at the register she was talking about me to her co-workers describing me the weird woman and laughing. The staff need to be taught manners and customer service by their higher management office ( not this location ). Very disappointing.

I’m not one to write reviews but enough is enough. This store has the worst customer service I have experienced. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but my shopping experience seems to get worst every time. The shelves are often empty and good luck getting an associate to assist. I had the rudest associate today when I was kindly asking for help. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving empty handed and going to a different store. I’d avoid this location.

Awful service. The staff members were talking amongst themselves and not doing anything. While looking around many testers were truly gross and messy. I understand they’re testers but still! Overall the store felt very judgmental. I won’t return in the future.

The customer service is HORRIBLE!! The employees are RUDE! The store looks like a mess, not well stocked. I have never experienced such rude employees in a Sephora or a store in general. This really makes me upset especially whenever I go I'm spending a good amount of money. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this Sephora.

I want to give a ZERO for this sephora store.This store is the WORST sephora in USA while I’m using sephora for 6 years.Employee was very being rude while I’m selecting points item. I don’t know why what is so important to attach stickers on cosmetics while make a payment. Cashier who was helping me to make a payment she was keep attaching stickers on cosmetics that’s why she wasn’t listen to me at all. After that she said I should cancell it previous payment end up she throw a point item which I selected it into a bag front of me. Her behavior is unacceptable. Why she showing her anger front of customer? If she was listen to me instead of attaching stickers on cosmetics she wouldn’t upset. I cried after left this store. I feel like she is a racist if not I really don’t understand why she was being so rude and upset on me because I used a point and selecting points item? I had the worst experience ever!! This store have a poor customer services.

The young lady was helpful and she knew exactly where everything was. I had 12 items I needed to get. Within 5 mins I was in line ready to pay.Awesome. Price of make-up for women here is $$$$$.I always tell my daughter she's beautiful without all this stuff. But what do I know. I'm just a Dad. From what I see, women love this place, and I like it because I was the only man in the store.Yaya...wait. The cashier was... nevermind.

I had the worse experiences ever here, AND every time I visit. They charged my card without me knowing, THEN called security, AFTER finding out I was correct. I’m never shopping Sephora or this mall again. There’s always issues and the employees are always unhelpful. And Brenda always is unhelpful, and mean. Theses are some of the worse employees Sephora had and this is the worse store location they have.Soon these stores will be out of business, especially with online, and then who will hire these rude and unkind employees… not me.
