As always, Alfredo did a fantastic job. I love him. I keep coming back since 10 years because he’s so great. My problem is that I called at 9 o’clock this morning to schedule an appointment. And the first time I was hung up on. So I called back and I spoke with a woman who then transferred to a young man who then Scheduled me for 230. And I was thankful. But when I showed up at 2:27, there was no appointment for me so I was told to wait 20 minutes. then instead, I had to wait another 45 minutes. And as I was waiting, I saw another elderly gentleman standing there, and it turns out he had also scheduled an appointment with Alfredo, and he too, had to go away because that appointment was never written down. my location was the Venice location near Overland in Culver City.

She spent 20 minutes on my hair, she didn’t put any styling products, she didn’t style my hair, I show her a picture she didn’t care. I will never go back to any Supercuts, it was my first time, and my last.

Requested not to cut too short, but the stylist ignored and made my hair very short. I was angry and requested to stop haircut before completing. But the stylist kept saying it is not short for her. But for me, it is very and too short and unacceptable her excuse. She never apologized.
