I always like Target. Inventory is Walmart without feeling like one. Clothes a can even be cool - bought a great teal henley that has held up in washes. Love the self service checkouts. Never come here and only buy the things I need - I always get more. Damn you Target! ;)

Not gonna lie, I was kinda disappointed and confused this last visit. Target in the morning is fine; less crowded, the shoppers are more polite yet there aren't always enough workers to help check you out... but the evening crew is just not the same. Also, a lot of the products in the beauty and health section were behind locked glass doors. So after waiting to grab the lotion, I went two aisles over and saw (to my surprise) a bunch of the same lotion (that had been locked up on the other aisle) out on on display for anyone to snag and put in their shopping cart... what the heck??? Same for the crest whitening toothpaste. Locked up and then on open display 2 aisles over... but like, why lock those items up and not the contact solution or vitamins? also, the food aisle that said "oil and vinegar" had zero vinegar All said, if you're looking for some memory foam pillows but don't want to pay full price, check out the different options in the back of the store. Couple different options to choose from and half the price compared to other options.

This target was ok but now with the product locked behind the case it takes forever for employees to help. They need better employees who are there to help not just say "I'll call someone"

I just had the worst experienced, I was in the check out line and the cashier ( young heavy set hispanic man with curly hair, they refused to give me his name) was finishing up with previous customer; a black woman and her daughter. She had a lot of items and was struggling to take everything way. He asked her if she could more her cart that she left at the beginning of the check out line. She said her couldn't since she was struggling with all her items.He then proceeded to tell her "Please don't be a Bitch and move her cart."I was shocked that he said that to her and in front of her daughter and me. She immediately asked for the manager, she did nothing. He told the manager that he just asked her to move her cart. I corrected him and told the manager that "No, He told her to please don't a BITCH and move her cart." He tried to back track and lie about the situation.Shame on you Target and do better with hiring and training your employees.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They are constantly out of stock of everything including their own cups and straws. They almost never have cold brew. The staff are very rude as well as if they are entitled to perform so poorly. Overall this is a bad representation of a Starbucks in my opinion.

This is my retail therapy store. I enjoy walking through this store during my lunch break. Get in and get out. Plenty of free parking. The store is neatly stocked and organized. Yes there is a Starbucks cafe in this target. Do you ever check the $5 items at the front of the store? If you don't you should. You will find neat items that are useful or can be useful.

I absolutely love Target! Though this Target has got to be one of the worst Target store. I literally live in walking distance to this store; but I prefer to drive 7 miles to another store. If you go in the AM you are forced to use the self checkout; which I prefer not to use as there is most time an issue with it using it.

This is a bigger and better stocked Target than the one nearer to me but I don't mind the extra detour if I'm already out and about. Plenty of mall parking.

I love target as a whole but this store is disgusting . I couldn't find one clean grocery cart . Literally every basked had trash and or a significant amount of dirt .como

I purchased the clear mag safe Apple case from target yesterday evening. I got home, my daughter opened it up and was shocked to see that there was a used case that was in BAD shape. She looked at me as I was playing a joke on her. I stopped eating my taco {lol} called Target, and got there as soon as I could.! Now my 91 gas is nothing to play with. I got there and the young lady returned it {the last one} with no problem. I was prepared for a fight. I was so pleased by that, that I had to give my five star review. We were able to go to the Jefferson location and purchase it. Of course we opened it before leaving. The case was behind a locked glass. Either it was returned without throughly checking... or one of your employees is clocking in and out with a meeting $55 case in their hand.

Customer return Is unknowledgeable. And if you show your ID to return a product or exchange it they will depreciate the cost that you paid for your item.

I come to this target all the time because it's so close to home and today is the first time I have ever received horrible customer service. I went to the order pick up line because there has always been two lines. I pick up orders every other day. Jaqueline was on register. There was one lady on the returns line when I joined the order pick up line. Jacqueline saw me in the order pick up line and said nothing. She began taking all the guests in the regular line and ignored me. She didn't ask me any questions or anything. Until I finally spoke up after several guests have gone ahead of me when I had been standing there for 10 minutes. I asked her if she wasn't taking from the order pick up line and she said I'm suppose to be in the other line. I ask her well you have seen me standing her and didn't say anything to me and she continued to ignore me and scanned my order pick up barcode and threw my items down on the counter. She didn't acknowledge or say I'm sorry or anything. I grabbed my items and left. The first thing I noticed when I looked in my bag was that my item was damaged. Please move her to another department. She does not know how to speak to customers and is beyond rude. Left a horrible taste in my mouth. I will be ordering from other targets instead.

Highly Lacking in customer service. I bought a Casa Luna down comforter online and picked it up in store on Sunday. Monday night, I take it out the bag and place it on my bed, it was a USED duvet by Calvin Klein. I went back to the store at 9 pm, I explained to them the situation over and over and they were rude from the beginning. I hate "asking for the manager" but there was no consideration or sense of urgency to help to get their customers in and out of the store. I got it during their Black Friday deals so I originally got a discount. The original cashier was having a hard time giving me the same amount of discount because "the sale was over". It's not my fault I was personally handed a USED comforter. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience. It was more like I was being inconvenient for returning a USED comforter. They need to fix their attitude and their eyeliner.

This Target store is located at Westfield Shopping Center in Culver City. I'm a fan of their covered parking garage. The store itself was very clean and organized. Staff we came in contact with were courteous and helpful. I am also a fan of their Self checkout systems. Made the visit faster than normal. Would be a regular at this Target if I lived in the area.

THIS MALL IS SO SKETCHY! It's a good/average target in a SUPER sketch mall. Things are constantly happening like shootings and robberies. It's called FoxHills Mall and it's notorious.
