There was an emergency at the mall today which warranted for a Lockdown- I just wanted to say thank you to the staff for remaining calm and getting everyone to a safe locked location. They handled everything so well giving customers comfort during a chaotic time. Didn't get to shop, but everyone is safe-I'll be Back another day to pick up my order.

I love the deals I get here for my kids! I always find great prices whenever I come in. I've came in here on busy days and the workers are still always so nice. They do tend to run out of the size I typically need but the ordering process is fast. My son is a size 8 and it's hard to jeans that will last him but this store comes in handy!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Beware of this company!! I was recently at this location to exchange some items for something else my daughter would wear.i I was gifted these items and I was told I was only able to exchange for the same item in bigger size. I had explain to Amie that my daughter doesnt like to wear tank tops or shorts. She said there is nothing I can do. Mind you I didnt want to return. I didnt care if she gave me the lowest price.I just wanted something that my daughter would wear. She said no! So I got bigger sizes and let them set in the closet I guess. After the transaction was done I asked for my receipt and she said I dont get a receipt. I never herd of a company not giving a receipt even if I didnt have a receipt. Not only did I have bad experience in store but I called customer service to have the same bad customer service. John (c19144) and Maria (c45862) said I wasnt able to return without a receipt. He also said I dont get a receipt after my exchange. After such a horrible experience that day I went to old navy and H&M had great service. I will not spend another dime at childrens place. If you are thinking of gifting from this store PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SHAME ON YALL!

I started shopping at this location a couple of months ago since the Inglewood one closed down. I'm glad this location is still open because it comes in handy when looking for uniforms! I purchased some jeans and I had to return them but lost my receipt and the associate helped me find it through the system! I was able to exchange the jeans for my son and she even helped me place an order for some polos they didn't have in store and gave me free shipping! I love the clearance deals this store has and not to mention the t-shirts!! I'm always finding good deals when I shop here!

I received the worst customer service from The Children's Place on Saturday, January 22, 2022. I had a return that was past the 45 day return policy but it was in its original packaging and I had the receipt. I have had a very hard year. My dad has been hospitalized and almost died. I have been hospitalized. I am fighting two auto immune diseases everyday. My dad has fallen and had emergency surgery. I've lost 2 aunts to cancer in the last month. I shouldn't have to explain how difficult my life is and ask for compassion when I'm making a return. I had a receipt and the items were NEVER opened. Still in the plastic. The lead manager Angelica REFUSED to take it back. The original cashier was ringing up the return but didn't know how to process a Venmo payment and asked her team lead Angelica for help. Angelica then Refused to take the return back. Why? It's past the return date. That's it. I bought all my son's uniforms from this store all 4 years they were required at his elementary school and never returned anything. This is my first return at this store. I hope that you encourage the stores in your mall to treat customers will more compassion and understanding. I could understand if I was trying to return something that was not in its original state or I didn't have the receipt.

Save your money and go to another children's place the employees are rude and they have favoritism towards speaking customers. When you complain all they can do is offer simple I'm sorry my employee was racist and rude.

Worst customer service ever! 9/14/18 I went to this location walk in no hi no welcome to children's place how can I help etc... wanting to use my cash dollars asking the associate how to properly use them she had a Attitude explaining it. Ok cool maybe she was having a bad day I didn't say anything except Thank you walk away and still purchase something for my daughter. Next day 9/15/18 I came back to this location same associate, again no hi no welcome to children's place, she help me again I told her I wanted to do either a exchange or just a return if they didn't have the size I needed for my daughter whatever works. She gotten two out of three pair of pants I was ok with that and ask can I purchase another pair of pants which is boys to do the exchange then? She told me no with a Attitude it have to be the same girls pants same price I said ok you know what I'll return them then. She returns my item and ask do you have the Visa card ending in xxxx as I'm looking I told her I did it on PayPal, she states it would say if it's paypal etc I told her idk what it states but I know and it's right here I paid with PayPal and you can see she wasn't trying to hear me at all giving me Attitude still... she gave me a store credit which I'm fine with I mention since I'm always in here spending and have a credit card with you that's not a problem, the problem is her nasty Attitude, what type of managers are you hiring? I ask her what's her name she rolled her neck and said Liz very harsh, and proceed out the store calling corporate. I explained what happen and coming to find out she told me the wrong info about PayPal Liz could have return the one item properly but instead gave me store credit which again that was ok I'm always in the store or shopping online I can use it. I'm a General Manager at Burlington Coat Factory and are customer service is A1 we engage with the customers build a report with are customers and always professional. She needs to be retrained go back to class watching ethics videos how to be Excellent in customer service and returns. Liz do not have management skills nor represent the company well. Having a 2.5 star rating at this location is unexpectable. My first time going to this location and last, Inglewood treats their customer with a warm welcome you first walk in the associates greet you help you gives ideas etc. Liz I hope you do better, or maybe not work weekends if that's the problem or hire more ppl that you don't have to cover shifts etc. your Attitude is very Nasty, as a women of color your not making us look powerful at all...

They sell clothing and shoes that clearly look worn. The store is very messy. The employees did not acknowledge me nor offer any help. My return was not processed correctly and I was shortchanged out of a dollar, I know not much, but a mistake on their part.

I found a bunch of cute kids tshirts on sale for $5 the other day. Countless kinds. Some were for St Patty's day too already!! The line wasn't long and the cashier was nice.
