Associates and cashier's are rude near closing time. Manager on shift this evening did nothing. Embarrassing and insulting to try and spend money here and have the worst customer service just because it's close to closing.

I was at the store today making a pretty big purchase. When the cashier, named Vincent called me over I walked up and said “hello”. It was definitely loud enough for him to hear because he looked me dead in my eyes and didn’t say anything. He then proceeded to engage in very long conversations with his coworkers ringing items up soooo slow!! I didn’t even mind him talking to his coworkers and moving slow, it’s just the simple fact that he did not even speak OR say one word to me during my entire transaction. At least speak when the customer speaks to you especially when they’re spending a lot of money!

Store was very organize. It has all fall home decorations ,accessories and clothes. One of the asociate helped me to carried my bags to my car.

When I went to go checkout with lavanda. She was so rude, didn’t even greet. When I wanted to use my gift card and I had no idea how to use it she was giving me very bad attitude. She also charged me twice and that when I told her she’s like “the system does that not me.” Like she should’ve check it before charging me.

This store seems under staff. Employees were not friendly and impatient, especially the old women at the fitting room. Her attitude made you feel shoppers are not welcomed here.

Selling faulty product , not accepting returns , laughing at customers , making fun of the situation that bothers the customer . Manager lady + her staff both rude . Try another tj max drive 2 more miles and save yourself time and value . Worst customer service experience ever .
