“My office is on the west side. I stopped in here desperate to replace my broken suorin before I started my 20 mile journey home this evening and it was well worth the visit. This beautiful Asian lady helped me and she was kind courteous and knowledgeable. Her customer service is 2nd to none. She made a loyal customer out of me. As times are getting tight it will take service like hers for non essential item stores to survive. Whether she owns the store or she works for someone, I hope the management shows her some appreciation. Thanks!”

“Love total wine over all other beverage/liquor stores. Helpful staff and large selection of beverages of all types. Went here to get a gift and did not know what type of beer to get from the large selection. A nice employee helped us walk the aisle and picked out his recommended ones to help us make a 6 pack. Appreciated that so much because we were also in a rush. Wish I got his name, he was working the pick-up desk on Christmas Eve.”
