I was with State Farm Insurance over 20 years and no claims, not in fire area and they canceled my policy. I found a new Insurance Company Tower Insurance Nicole and she is amazing, great customer service ?

Tonie Kirksey was incredibly kind and patient with me as I asked tons of questions in order to set up my new auto insurance plan with Tower.

I was introduced to Gerardo about 6 months ago. Over this time, we have had many interactions over a number of insurance issues (which were created from previous brokers). I have to say, not only did Gerardo help resolve these issues with the utmost level of professionalism, but he took the time to properly educate me on every facet of every issue we were facing. On top of that, with each interaction, I feel like he is the broker people want. No matter how big or small the policy (and my family has multiple policies), he treats you as if you are his number one priority!!!!

Nicole made the process of finding landlord insurance extremely easy. She reached out personally after my initial inquiry, and most importantly she also followed up! Quotes were gathered quickly, and she walked me through the process of signing the policy and making payment. I whole heartedly recommend Nicole. She'll live up to your expectations. She did for me.

I can’t recommend Nicole Davenport highly enough. When my former insurance company notified me that they were not writing personal umbrella policies anymore, I started researching on my own new auto and personal umbrella policies. I also wanted a different earthquake policy when the California Earthquake Authority lowered their coverage limits. Realizing I was in over my head trying to find new coverage, I called Tower Insurance and got Nicole as my agent, which turned out to be my lucky day. She was fast and very efficient and had quotes to me pretty quickly. I had a lot of questions which she always answered with “a smile in her voice”. Nicole could not have been more helpful even if she tried. I am very happy with my new policies. If you need help with new insurance policies, contact Nicole. You won’t be disappointed.
