The people are are almost impressively unhelpful. They seem offended at the idea of accepting a package to ship. And they point to incorrectly labeled self-serve signs and refuse to add context, even when they aren’t busy with other customers. I won’t be back.

They offer a wide range of services! I’ve had my fingerprints taken there twice, and I also print documents, send packages, and handle all of my Amazon returns there.

The staff at the location I went to at 10736 Jefferson Blvd in Culver City, CA are very considerate, kind, and friendly, and they handle my packages with the utmost care. They provide the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a UPS Store which is why I specifically go out of my way to go to this location. I trust them with my packages.

DONT GET LIVE SCANS DONE HERE !!!! I am never the type to leave any reviews especially bad ones like if I have a bad experience, I usually just keep it to myself because I don’t like to be Negative but I feel like I need to leave a review so hopefully management can see this and be aware of the people that they have working in there. If I could leave zero stars I would. all I came in for was to get my live scan fingerprints done for my job since the moment I walked in, I was extremely disrespected by two gentlemen that had asked me If I was here for a live scan as well because I guess there was three people ahead of me and I said yes I am. Thinking that they were gonna help me and they just kind of chuckled and were like wow what’s with Everyone getting live scans today and at first I didn’t really think anything of it even though it seemed like kind of a rude comment. I just kind of ignored them and did my own thing while I was waiting to be called. As I was waiting more people started to come in and one of the guys seemed to get frustrated and announced that there’s only four people allowed in the store at once and seemed very irritated, but he didn’t ask anybody to leave. He just made that comment which I also thought was weird so finally I get called up to get my fingerprints done and the rude guy was the one that was helping me out or so I thought I go up there, He tells me to sign my name on this paper and then he sees that there’s another customer and he asked if she needs help and he just left me there and went to go help her without even telling me anything Which was fine because I didn’t want his help anyways because he was extremely rude and disrespectful so this kind gentleman named Edwin went and helped me out which he didn’t give me no problems. He was very nice and helped me get through the process so he’s a good guy. I wish I could’ve got the other two guys names, but these two gentlemen were the only two people that weren’t wearing a name tag for some reason. Maybe they didn’t want people to know their name because they know they’re rude idk. The guy that was giving me the most problems I don’t know his name but I can Definitely describe how he looked. He was a black male with dreadlocks in his hair. He had some kind of like scarf or something wrapped around his hair and he was very skinny. He was so disrespectful and as I was getting my fingerprints scanned, I was next to a wall. It was a very small tight space and he kept brushing past us to get something. I’m not sure, but wouldn’t even say excuse me, which I thought was rude as well and there was like a trash bin right behind me and he was throwing stuff away from like 5 feet away into there as well, which I also thought was rude because the box could’ve hit me and thankfully it didn’t because if it did, I would’ve caused a scene. I hope management or somebody that is above him can see this and hopefully tell him something and to be more respectful to his customers because if not There’s going to be more people complaining about him. If you don’t like your job then leave like he was complaining the whole entire time that I was in there. Which I didn’t even understand why because he was only complaining about people getting live scans, but he wasn’t even the one that was helping them so what was the point of complaining because Edwin was the one that was helping everybody out? He was just extremely rude and disrespectful and I hope he sees this and changes his attitude!

I’m surprised this place has less than 4 stars—honestly, it deserves 5, but I’ll allow for the occasional off day.
Trevor is an absolute rockstar. He’s kind, professional, and just the nicest person. Plus, he’s the tallest one there, so you can’t miss him. I don’t know everyone’s names, but there’s also a capable and considerate woman on staff and a gentleman with long hair who’s always efficient and friendly.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve noticed some new faces. The one time I interacted with one of the new faces, I didn't care for their demeanor so I just avoid them and stick with who I know to be dependable and professional. I don't want anyone fired in this economy but they do need to work on that.
As for reviews claiming poor staff attitudes - I hear you. Sometimes that's true and sometimes customers expect more than they should. As long as the staff is professional and cordial, I'm happy. But they’re not there for long chats or to be your new best friend. Just do your business and go—it’s a job, not a friendship service.
I also appreciate the line-outside policy. The space is tiny, and it makes sense to keep things orderly. The awning provides cover, so even in bad weather, it’s manageable.
Appreciate all of you there!
