The branch is ok, but the online banking department agents are not that intelligent. They cant even use their brains to answer questions. I wish I had the agent's name to put her on blast. I asked why can't I do a mobile deposit for more than $200? The agent said because it's a new account. I said ok, but what is the reason behind that rule of not wanting to accept a check over $200, she said I just told you that it's a new account. I said, I understand that. I would like to know the reason they won't accept over $200 on a new account? She said because it's a new account. I said here's an example, You should not shoot guns at people because they might get killed. So the reason not to shoot, is someone might get killed, What is the reason behind this rule, I would just like to know. She said because it's a new account. Useless agent. I hope she can read so she can see this, since she can't think on her own.

The worst customer service in my entire banking life when you call the branch no one picks up the phone but prompts to you call 800 number Their business cards have no names only phone numbers i am so sorry to hear the Union Bank is margining with this US Bank unfortunately

Just not up to par with customer service and communication. Why are there only 2 associates helping customers and 3 or 4 others milling about? I've only found two branches that are always on point and this one is not one of them. It's a desert in here and I'm not sure how this bank still exists. Is it franchised? Is that why the device is not the same at all branches? Go to the Marina or Westwood if you want any semblance of customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian Weimer, who helped me set up my business accounts. Not only was he the best banker I have ever worked with, but it was honestly the best customer service experience I have had in recent memory! Thank you Brian, you're the man!

My wife and I had the sincere pleasure of meeting and doing business with Erik at the Culver City branch of US Bank on Sepulveda. Erik could not have been more professional, courteous, articulate, patient knowledgeable, and informative. So incredibly refreshing to do business with individuals such as Erik who possess such an impeccable disposition and rocksolid constitution. He truly made us feel like family and as if we had had an account at his particular branch for decades rather than simply opening up a new account for the first time at US Bank, Culver City. 2nd US Bank location I come to today to open a savings account tied to my checking and mortgage account. NO DICE. the one guy who looks like a banker at the desks sends me to the teller, he's only for business accounts. The teller tells me that I need to make an appointment to open an account. RIDICULOUS! You are a bank. Have bankers! Have bankers that are available to help your customers. If you have a brick and mortar employ your bank with bankers. Not rocket science. The banking business is really getting pathetic.

The one ATM that they have is out of service most of the time I go try to deposit a check after they're closed. I would think they would at least have the ATM working when the actual branch is closed.

Really excellent branch! I have been a US Bank customer forever and this location definitely provides the best service of all! In particular, Erik is outstanding. Knowledgable and super nice. I was trying to do a super confusing transaction. WELL, it was super confusing to me , but not to Erik! He even followed up with a call to let me know the transfer was complete. Great customer service and very safe and clean during these crazy times!

The best customer service I have received in any bank. From the tellers to the manager Steven Llamas. Highly recommend this branch. Everyone is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.
