I love that post office service. I've been with them for so many years. They have really good manners with themself's and their customers. They always have the place very clean before service starts. I been there before they open just to check my PO BOX and they are cleaning and have everything really need is in a good area too. Love you guys thanks for all your service I appreciate that a lot. ❤️❤️🌹🌹

The best post office in LA!
Clean, modern, friendly staff and quick service.

The staff here really needs to improve! They are rude and really take their time without caring about the people waiting in line, often all of them walking slowly to the back room, leaving the front desk unattended for a long time!!! It's unbelievable, I go straight to the machines to avoid the long waits, and poor treatment. Even robots would likely deliver a more personable experience. Maybe they should get more machines. If you have to go there, I recommend using the machines instead of waiting in line to get treated horribly, it's a quicker option and less stressful

Absolutely disgusting. This post office is the worst. A line of people 1 person working and 1 person ignoring the line. I guess this is what our taxes are paying for right?

Clerks are so slow and lazy almost on purpose. Line is piling up and their is no urgency. Don't come here. It's a waste of time. Hope this store closes up.

I came to this location (Fox Hills) on July 29, 2024 at 6:30PM to drop some envelopes in the mailbox. The post office was closed but an employee was taking mail from the box outside of the post office. When I tried to hand him my envelopes he refused to take them and told me to drive the to the corner mailbox on the street. It was as simple as reaching his hand out and taking them but instead he turned his back on me. Miserable individual.
I posted a review of this experience on Yelp at that time but it seems this location removed their Yelp business page and the reviews were transferred to the Westchester location. I just caught this, so I’m posting this experience again on Google where it is not so easy to have reviews removed. Nasty behavior from a so called government employee should never be excused.

Honestly I would never leave a review on a post office, but leaving a 5 star review 100% in spite of the boomer who not only harassed the employees about there being a line on a Saturday afternoon less than 2 weeks before Christmas, but also harassed a customer who was just trying to send an international package. The staff kept their cool and handled the ridiculousness of this jerk extremely well and since I'm here, the post office itself was one of the cleanest and safest post offices I've been to in a while. Hope that boomer has the day he deserves and I am so happy to cancel out his one star review :)

Absolutely the worst experience at this place today. Clerks name couldn't really see but may have been Tasha or Tanya. Nevertheless, she has a HORRIBLE attitude and service towards customers. To make matters even more pleasant with this lady she told a cust in line to inform anyone that comes in after her that she was the last person due to her needing to go on break.!!!!! She still have 4 ppl to serve and it's 4pm. Would have been better for her to say they're closed.

No one expects a visit to the post office, bank or dentist to be pleasant. And yet every time I go to this location I find the customer service of the staff I interact with to be exceptional for the area. They keep the items stocked, will explain costs and postage options in detail and are generally willing to work with folks of all experience levels to get what they need done. I don’t ever feel rushed nor have I found them to be unpleasant no matter the day or length of line. We also have more self service kiosks than Inglewood’s offices. And better stamp variety.

Less than helpful staff. Please stock your self service kiosk.
