Every time I come here it’s the same story: unbearably long waits, only one person working the counter, and no sense of urgency to help customers. The line moves at a snail’s pace, and what should be a quick errand ends up taking over an hour. Completely unacceptable in 2025 that a post office can’t staff more than one person. Avoid this location if you value your time.!!!!

The reviews are accurate. Easily the worst post office I've ever used or frequented, and I've lived all over the country. Extremely rude staff all the time. I'm just dropping off packages that already have labels and requesting a receipt and I still get attitude. This location CONSTANTLY takes 1-2 days to actually sort and ship your packages. For small businesses, this can really make or break the way customers perceive you. This branch also closes on days and during hours it should be open.
I avoid this post office any chance I can. The Palms PO is not much farther away.

Terrible Post Office. There’s always only one person working and staff here are super slow. One employee spent 15 minutes with one person while the line cued to 15 customers at 4pm today. A second employee showed up, and the first left, “To hell with customers.”

The only thing wrong with this post office is chronic lack of staff. There was only one person working in the building when I was here two years ago, and it is still the case, despite long lines. I have found the staff to be polite and conscientious though they are under considerable stress. What is wrong with the US Postal Service? It is a lovely building, centrally located. Yes, there’s parking, but many users get there by bike or on foot. Lots of post boxes and I almost always see people picking up their mail. Plus there’s a mural! Please, USPS, provide the resources and a full staff so this facility can properly serve this lively community. And kudos to the staff that ARE there and serving the public in very difficult circumstances.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve gone when they are randomly closed. Pretty inconvenient to decide to close for 1 hour at 3:25pm for “lunch.” Please hire more workers for this very popular location so we can get our mail out.

The four stars is because every time I go there there is only one person working (it is still faster than the Green valley one). I would like to tell you that Sidney is doing a brilliant job. Even though she is doing a monotonous job and all by herself, she is patient and smiles at every customer. She deserves the best.

There was no worker for more than an hour. Note said someone would be there at 2:40 PM. It’s 2:50 and there’s a long line waiting for…Godot?

I came at 9 AM and there was a short line, I just think they need to clean the building and when I asked the staff for a sticker he said no but other USPS have given no problem

I understand people take lunch and breaks. But why take a lunch at the same time? Or go online and update hours or something.
It’s 2:45pm and all windows are closed.
It was nice to see a note: window closed will return at 3:10. Thanks for the note: you had 10 or more people walking in and leave upset. I know small towns do this, when you have one person working. Last time I checked, we are in Culver City.

My package never left the post office. And I paid $9.85 for 2 day mail. And you can’t get a refund because it was not next day mail.

Horrible wait time. Only one personnel to help with a long line of customers. The one personnel was pleasant though.

Sad to say that I don't understand why to have this place in such a poor condition. They should keep it updated as it has a great location and it should be kept in better service condition as it is part of the beautiful downtown Culver.
