I came to the store in a jam after my phone was stolen. Mike was super knowledgeable and helpful. They had a wide variety of phones to choose from and Mike made some recommendations. He got my number back on a replacement phone ASAP. Thanks Mike!

Bill and Alexis were total lifesavers. Super friendly and helpful. The wait times here are non existent compared to other locations where you’ll wait an hour minimum.

NOT A VERIZON STORE. Went in here 3 months ago and the scam has been slowly unfolding since. I just needed to replace a broken phone and Mike has proven not to have the competence to do even just that. I travel a lot for work and landed in a dangerous foreign country to find my phone couldn't work there and because this is not a Verizon store, Verizon couldn't and wouldn't help me. Mike knew my plans before he sold me the phone so he knowingly and, seemingly, purposefully put me in a dangerous situation. The owner obviously has no desire to run a good business, don't patronize this place.

This is not a real Verizon store. They charge you extra fees that you will not pay at a real Verizon store. When I asked why I was paying for anything at the store? Alexis replied you have to! Never not once did he mention they were operated by another company. It should have been automatically added to my bill. Stay away from this con artist store.

Mike is the man of the year!! Helped me switch from my old carrier to Verizon quicker than I was on the phone with the old carrier (3 hours by the way!!). Thank you for the help again, and give this man some praise! He's also very knowledgeable of the devices, services, and promotions! So thank you.

Clerk charged for a wall plug not requested or delivered. Clerk said receipt was emailed, but it wasn’t. Store phones were not answered. Took a trip back to store to get photos and determine we were overcharged for the wall plug. Clerk added insurance to purchase and didn’t remove it, even though he told us he did. Now have to talk to Manager and Assurian to get it removed.

So impressed and thankful I found this location and Mike. I had been all over town and been treated pretty poorly by other Verizon employees. Mike answered the store phone (what? couldn't get a single other location to do that) and told me what he had in stock. Walked in, told me about savings the other locations failed to mention and got my new phone activated and set up in under an hour. Patient, friendly, helpful. This is the absolute best location and Mike is an amazing employee. Don't even bother going to any other location!

Went to this store a month ago to purchase a watch but didn’t have enough available credit in my account to get the promo so no purchase was made. Here we are a month later and not only is the watch line on my account, customer care won’t remove it because the rep in the store did something to make it seem as tho I purchased the watch. Now I have to go back into this store to have the situation rectified. Scumbags.

Had the best experience at this Verizon! From the moment we walked in Bill was incredibly helpful. He got me and my mother all set up with new phones, answered all our questions and helped us troubleshoot when we had a few issues pairing devices. Would highly recommend!
