Very nice place to shop for your significant other especially on different occasions like Valentine's and anniversaries the prices are pretty decent and on occasion they'll throw you a bone of a deal!!!? LOL

I recently lost a lot of weight went to Victoria's Secret for bras and was able to get measure so that I can get the correct size of bra that I needed right now they're currently having a sale so I took advantage of that you should too

The 5/$20 is sorta a gimmick since I paid $36.60 but the store is very big. There were enough cashiers and each of them were ready to work. The line was moving fast & there are a variety of items. Only problem is that there isn’t anyone walking around to provide you services.

I honestly dislike this location. I been coming here for over ten years and the customer service never gets better. If anything worse. Their refund policy is ridiculous. They really need to update that. Oh wait I know why they don’t because they’re pirates. I should of got the name of the employee who I spoke with so you know who to stay away from.

I love Victoria Secret but since I have came to shop at this location I have been getting bad experiences. They have over charged or not want to take the coupons that Victoria Secret sends there members. I have gotten eye rolls and just bad costumer service.

Staff was unhappy. Not a pleasant experience. I needed help getting a sports bra off because I'm not supposed to lift my arms (2 weeks post op breast augmentation) and the way the girl helped me take it off basically forced me to lift my arms. It's like if you're not willing to be gentle, or if it makes you uncomfortable, don't touch me, and I'm sure a random passerby will be more considerate and gentle with me than the staff. I gave two stars because she did answer my questions and got to me quickly even when helping someone else but the bedside manner expected of a customer service rep was lacking. They also told me to buy instore instead of online for the sizes I needed to order (werent in stock) and I still got charged an "online fee" that wasn't explained to me, I noticed the amount go up and had to ask what happened. Just awful customer service. I was so bubbly and nice too. I almost asked the cashier to blink twice if she needed to be rescued cuz wtf.

Store was a dirty mess. The employees are so terribly rude. The cashier walked off as I was asking her something and when I asked her why did she have to be so rude she gave me dirty looks. Don't come to this ghetto VS go ahead and make the drive to another.

Really rude staff minus one nice girl at the door. No one else was attentive whatsoever, even when she called for someone not working the door to go open a dressing room-- no one showed up. Real problem was at the checkout, when a big line formed up behind me as there was no line indicator and none of the cashiers redirected us, then a woman shows up and says the line is the OPPOSITE direction which puts me solidly in the back after waiting the longest. I finally get up there, and present an email that says I have a $25 off card. Girl says that because there's no barcode it's invalid, even though I show her the valid online order code. She calls over another girl, who lies by telling me that's online only, but I correct her by showing her the fine print of the email that says it IS for in store as well. They ask for another email, and thankfully I've been keeping them, and find the original email with the barcode. The barcode email says to present the email and that should give it to me. But the girl says... my "phone won't let them"... even though I gave them exactly what they wanted after even reading their own fine print to them. I try to see if I can expand the barcode, but it takes me to their store locator, not the barcode as the email was stated in its own text to be proof. Finally, the girl says in a huff "I'll just honor it this time", irritatedly tells me my total, and storms off. This is the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time, and it's baffling that the staff wants to rob customers of coupons issued at the corporate level that say in themselves they're valid proof AND after showing multiple forms of evidence. Would go to a different store to avoid this group of workers.

Just had my third bad experience at this location(Westfield Culver City) in two months. All I want to do is buy a bra that fits right. Every time I've come in I've been sized for greatly different sizes. At the Santa Monica location they size you for a bra inside the dressing room over a t-shirt without a bra on. Here they size you right out in the open over your bra. I think they treat you better at the Santa Monica location because it's a higher income area. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house. This location is very understaffed. You have to search for employees to help you. Some employees have been nice while others seemed a bit annoyed to be asked for help. They were out of stock in the size I needed. I was told to order at the register. I asked the girl at the register and she informed me they are out of stock in my size. I looked online after I left the store and they do have my size. Maybe she didn't want to bother with ordering it?

Customer service received from the two managers was not ideal. I rarely give poor reviews but when others in the store, including another employee are not happy with the manager's temperament, then that involves a much larger issue of negative sentiment for the brand and larger organization. I recommend improved service from the beginning in the future. I will visit the store at some point in the future to see if that was just a one-time incident.Otherwise, I would generally review 4 stars and dock a rating for the size and lack of stroller-friendly walkways.
