Worst expereance. I am sharing this to spare you from wasting your time and juat an awful unacceptable expereance. Do not invest here. Brokarage investor accounts. I have not been able to withdrawel 100 out of an account that was closed for over 5 months. Ive called 15 times, i have signed documents that i was told would allow me to get my money. In januarary my mom past away and I took 30,000 to wells fargo, after a month i withdrew it all over how inconssistant and problems i had accessing my money. I know 100 dollars is not much but its the principle. Talking to 1800 traders ( investment service) they dont have a clue what there doing. Much better investment services at chase.all wells fargo cares about well actually i am not sure. Customer service or solutions to banking problems has no priority. Not exagerating , over 15 times called, several hours collectivley tryibg to solve this. Spoken to numerous managers whom promised i would be able to withdrawel. To this day November 1,2023 have not been able to withdraw. Because this money is atuck in this account it would constintly reinvest itself so i would have to sell over 6 times now. I woukd call customer service they would say must sell forst give it a couple days, ( tactic to get me off the phone) a week would go buy id call again , they would spend 15 minutes reading all the notes and offer no solution to the problem, id request management, put me hold for over an hour and managment promised me id have this resolved soon. Several manager promises later I am still not able to withdraw. No accountabilty, I must be a joke to WellsFargo. 1800 traders sustoner service waste of time on phone and clueless. Your roller printed paper is a very cheap and not very easy to read. Sometimes certain valuable characters will nearly disappear.... Just like the checkbook carbons are poor paper.......and deposit slips too few. Monthly statement have no format on which to balance my account. I have 3 bank accounts....longest one is over 45 years. After 10 years with USB I changed to WFB located nearby. N never bounced a check. + at 80 always OWNED my properties. My wife dragged me over to join WF (to JT-ACCT I did not want). My Cal-DL copy is quality + kept for fear of losing it again...... Your tellers are OK but they rotate often and will not honor my photo. I use WF to maintain about 20G$ for madmony monthly charges.

I lost my debit card and had to visit this Wells Fargo. I was waiting in line for 20-30 min there were only 2 tellers at the window. As soon as I got called up to karissa window she greeted me with an awesome smile. She helped me cancel my card but also set up my Apple Pay and use my temp card on Apple Pay. She was so kind and clear of detail.

The bank had one teller on duty at 3:15 pm and allowed some selfish woman to hold up the line for 15 minutes with STUPID questions about her statements instead of telling her to just look at them online.

Okay, I thought I hated Chase bc of their short hours on PST time so I closed my account and went to Wells. BIG mistake. I signed up for zelle which is supposed to be instant and when a client paid me on a Sunday afternoon using zelle it didnt show up. Called WF, they sd it will post if it comes in before 5pm PST. I sd she sent it at 4pm. Didnt receive it for TWO days. Then when my roommate zelled me her half of the rent money they held it the entire weekend, THREE days! Not good, I'd like to pay my rent on time. Then I used my debit card three times in one day and got three fraud alerts where they turned off the card - wtheck?? Could not wait to close the account and go back to Chase which I did. Today the account is closed but they still cant remove my zelle email and let me put it back into my Chase account and the rep sd account is not technically closed yet even tho it is and then he hung up on me! Not worth the lower by $2 monthly payment and Chase always waives that for me in the pandemic and even when we didnt have this rona business. Never again will I go to Wells Fargo, never, never, never.

I was supposed to have an appt this AM and was advised on Monday that they would get back to me by EOD about my needs for this meeting. No calls. I have tried three times and no one picks up. I did not go in this morning because I needed confirmation of info prior. Going to change banks.

Set up a business checking account here for my LLC, and it was an absolute nightmare. Somehow a mistake was made with the business address. After an initial email exchange with the banker to provide confirmation of the address, I send it and assume we're fine. Apparently not. A month later my account is randomly closed without anyone notifying me. This is a business account, obviously, and I can't tell you how disruptive to business it is to have our account randomly closed without cause and without notification. I had to call someone with an actual brain, go into another branch, and get it all worked out. I would AVOID THIS BRANCH at all costs. Inept and incompetent people work here.

I thought it was just the few branches I've been too but no I was wrong. Wells Fargo services are really slow and upsetting. Every branch for Wells Fargo is slow and they have 1-2 tellers working everytime when there is a long line. I don't understand why are there so many teller windows but only have 1-2 employees working on it. I will be switching bankss because this is a shame

Came in today to Wells Fargo because I had an issue with the refund that I was expecting as it turns out it was from my old bank at Chase so therefore the refund wasn't going to be posted to my new account Wells Fargo which I can understand that however when you're sitting in the waiting area to be helped and a person by the name of Shiva comes over and deliberately looks over at the guy to the right me And says I'll give one Juan a few minutes and he'll help you so in other words she was more than willing to help the person sitting to the right of me but she pretty much told me that I should just wait for the gentleman that help me open up my account and then he can help me instead of her she was being extremely rude disrespectful condescending and belligerent this is the second time that she has gone out of her way to be so rude and disrespectful to myself I reported her to customer service over the phone and tell them exactly that she was alone with her first last name and customer ID and now again today then I want to speak to the branch manager who's also very rude and disrespectful stands there next to the gentleman who help me open up my account behind the chair being blatantly nosy then I asked to speak to her for a few minutes she call someone else is in the office with us for whom I don't know who she was a quick honestly really don't care that she proceeds to tell me that I'm the one being rude to Shiva no shit it was being rude to myself and she's rude to be once before and she was rude to me again today and I called the customer service to report it again along with the branch manager as well as Shiva so Shiva In the future and learn to have respect and manners and values because when it comes to having respect morals and values your parents clearly feel when it came to you

I'm at Wells Fargo and the customer service wasn't great today. First I deposited a check through my Mobil app. I also brought the original check into the bank. My understanding was that if you were to bring in the check the same day that you deposit it through the Mobil app the funds would be a available.......NOT. 47 minutes wasted

I am a Wells Fargo customer and I had to get a cashier's check for a passport. The teller immediately helped me and prepared the cashier's check from my checking account and I was able to get back to City Hall in time. Also this bank allows you to get a larger amount from the inside ATM (several thousand $) and they have Euros. They seem to be a very well prepared and equipped bank.

I had the pleasure to interact with EMMA the "business specialist". Well, what can I say. She's very unprofessional and talks to you on a "dude" level and absolutely doesn't try to help you at all. Just because customers have a different opinion doesn't mean you can role your eyes in front of them! EMMA, please show some respect and manners when interacting with business clients. You really need to take a proper customer service class. Can't believe Wells Fargo hires people like her!
