So i went in to get a paper by the state signed by the manager. I have an account and business ac account i waited for 20 minutes for something that takes 5 seconds to do. I was told by the manager from the greeter that the people waiting in line are priority. Horrible customer service on the managers part.

I went to Wells Fargo to invest my money from my retirement I talked to Sarah and she recommended Michael Ch o e. I put a lot of money down and I was advised to put some money on the money market and some in annuities I told t h e m I did not know what I was doing I did not understand about finances and that I was trusting them. I was told I would get the money out if I needed it for an emergency in 3 and 6 days.Surely enough I needed my money and in a month and I requested to get it out because I was in escrow to buy a house. I was told it would be 8 to 10 days to receive my money. in 10 days I had not received my money and I called and I was told 8 to 10 business day .The advisor did not return my emails and told me to deal with Athene the Investment Company, they were not the ones I gave my money to. I gave my money to Wells Fargo, long story short I did not get my money until 22 days later with absolutely NO interest in a very large amount . I lost the negotiation and the house. DO not invest your money with Wells Fargo.enough I needed the money for an emergency I contacted dad visor and he told me he would be between 8:00 and 10 days I did not get my money Dan and I was told he was 8 to 10 business day long story short I lost the house I was nicotiating for 3 weeks because Wells Fargo did not return my money did I invested with them I did not get my money for 22 days and I was glad to deal with a thing a company that Wells Fargo gave my money to and I was on my own do not invest your money with Wells Fargo big disappointment

I was truly looking forward to a great experience as I've been banking with WF Business for some years now, but upon my arrival to mid time there I was a snap away from closing my accounts I have with them due to my experience from Gary. Gary was very profiling from the proactive call he gave me. He is very condescending and talks at you not to you. I requested the manager while here and she was beyond amazing which is why I am giving a two star and not one. I decided instead of closing my account due to a horrible racial and age experience with Gary, I would visit the Westchester WF Bank. The experience at Westchester was an awesome one from the moment I walked in. I was greeted, treated with respect and like a valued client. The Westchester location is bigger and they both have free parking but Westchester has more parking and two entryways but only this location has a drive thru

Free notary services are the reason I came. No other option now that I'm here is the reason I stayed. I called at 9 a.m. to ask if there was a notary on site. They asked me to call back at 9:45 a.m. as they didn't know her schedule. I called back at 10:00a.m. and was asked to call again in an hour as they didn't know when she would be in. I called back around 11:40 a.m. and spoke to the notary. I asked if she had any availability to notarize a document for me today. She told me I needed to make an appointment (uh, duh...why do you think I am calling?). She told me she could see me at 3p.m. I told her this would be great. She did leave a message that I didn't get until after the fact telling me that I could come early if I wanted as she had a cancellation. Unfortunately, I didn't see the message until it was too late. No problem...I'll just see her at 3p.m. as planned. Well, here I am. Still waiting for the notary. Apparently she is running late and won't be here until 3:20. The manager has apologized and told me she tried to reach me but I never got that message. And, what else can I do but wait? I understand that things happen and such is life but I think it is so rude to make an appointment with someone and then not have the decency to either be there or to call. I am annoyed but feel there is no other option at this time. By the time I call around and drive elsewhere, she probably will have arrived. So, I sit, and steam, and wait.

So far I received prompt and excellent service from Ihunna Onyendu . She was well put together, efficient at multi tasking, making the process a breeze. I found myself here after going to Chase Bank on Sepulveda where they ran out of temporary banking cards! I was sent to this location to "finish up" the process since they had the cards at the green valley location. I am glad I made the choice to stop here first. It took me all of 30 minutes from sitting in the lobby to receiving my temp card after opening my acct. I was able to get my order of checks, personalize my debit card & cash my check all with ease. She even went as far allow me to personalize my debit & check complementary . Honestly this was just the experience I needed following the unprofessionalism prior. I'm excited for my new journey with Wells Fargo and the opening of my business account with Ihunna . She throughly went over all that took place today & what every paper spoke to. She took the time to speak her manager about a promotion that was on going last week, that I wanted to participate in. If your in the area & in need of banking assistance do not hesitate to stop into this location to a seamless experience. Also note, they have locations within Superior Warehouse that are open in Sunday's and until 7 on Saturdays .

I really like to give a shout out to Camille Gilmer, she was very helpful and generously nice when I came in to open me a checking and savings account today. She took the time out to help me in choosing the right account for me I really recommend everyone to her when going into that branch...

So after going there and having money wires to another account,to find out that the guy that helped me wrote down the wrong account #,after I gave him all the nec account #'s and information.So thousands of dollars went into limbo because of that,and he had the audacity to blame the customer for the him writing down the wrong account #,no apology just accusations..I told him ,in life people are going to make mistakes and that's unavoidable,and a simple "I'm sorry I made a mistake,let me see what I can do to rectify it" would have been the appropriate response had I of got that I might not have been so pissed off When you make mistakes in life,but be a man and admit it when you do.....,Don't go blaming others.But to out rightly blame someone else for your mistake,when clearly it was his,really ticked me off.Now we all have to go through all this again and inconvenience us both,and as I was leaving,he turned away and said "have a nice flight" His arrogance and demeanor was annoying too.Needless to say I will be telling everyone I know of this experience,thank god I'm with Bank of America,they make mistakes from time to time,but at least own up to it......Not a good experience at all,and that was the first time I have been in there,and the last
