Went to this WFB on November 25th. Used the ATMs. Was surprised to see the "signs" that this particular branch was "temporarily closed" and provided several nearby addresses of other WFB branches that were open for service. I hope WFB won't be closing down this branch.

It’s closed Saturdays. Horrible customer service . Not enough employees to help customers. If you need something, it’s only my appointment only one person at the desk that is horrible

I only come because i live near by, but this is the worst wells bank in the entire country for sure. Its always understaffed. I will start driving to a further location from now on.

Has wi-fi, helps with card and banking services ( there's no more temp cards anymore), always polite to me and respects the elderly and veterans somewhat (which is more than I can say for some places in this area). I've been banking here for over a quarter century.

I don’t know why, but they always seem understaffed and they stopped being open on Saturday.Literally, every other Wells Fargo in a five mile radius is open on Saturday, except this one. It’s super inconvenient.

Historically this branch has been able to help me with all my business needs and has been great. Today I came in to get change and the branch happened to be out of $5 bills, so I got $1 bills instead. The issue with this branch was the new condescending teller by the name of Alfredo. Alfredo had an issue going to the vault to get change and had an attitude as if though he was doing me a favor as oppose to his duties he signed up to do. The worst part was that his on shift manager had the same attitude. I get that it's a Saturday, it's raining, and you probably don't want to be at work. But you guys are a business branch at least give the business owners and customer a proper customer experience. Please do better.

Tried to make a change to my business account and the business banker wasn’t there, they told me no one else in the branch could help me and I had to come back another day.

Teller seemed new but has poor customer service. I asked to have a check cashed said unable to do only van deposit. Requested a certain amount given rest should be deposited in 2 days he said. I mentioned so on Thanksgiving he said right no Friday. Ok understood. Requested the amount able to be obtained be deposited he had his supervisor come and approve. Said supervisor states unable to do so and asked me to continue my transaction on ATM. I said I've done this before don't understand why I can't do it today but I will go ahead and proceed to ATM. After that no verbal interaction they just handed my items and said next customer. I don't see any of the old staff this branch is not what it used to be.

The bank had one teller on duty at 3:15 pm and allowed some selfish woman to hold up the line for 15 minutes with STUPID questions about her statements instead of telling her to just look at them online.

Okay, I thought I hated Chase bc of their short hours on PST time so I closed my account and went to Wells. BIG mistake. I signed up for zelle which is supposed to be instant and when a client paid me on a Sunday afternoon using zelle it didnt show up. Called WF, they sd it will post if it comes in before 5pm PST. I sd she sent it at 4pm. Didnt receive it for TWO days. Then when my roommate zelled me her half of the rent money they held it the entire weekend, THREE days! Not good, I'd like to pay my rent on time. Then I used my debit card three times in one day and got three fraud alerts where they turned off the card - wtheck?? Could not wait to close the account and go back to Chase which I did. Today the account is closed but they still cant remove my zelle email and let me put it back into my Chase account and the rep sd account is not technically closed yet even tho it is and then he hung up on me! Not worth the lower by $2 monthly payment and Chase always waives that for me in the pandemic and even when we didnt have this rona business. Never again will I go to Wells Fargo, never, never, never.
