They seem very disorganized with their processes and no one can give a straight answer on certain matters regarding account holders/"shares". Everything is up to "the board" and no one at the branches knows anything about how/when "the board" makes decisions.

Adam H. at the Culver City branch was so so so patient with my partner and I and answered all of our many questions while opening our joint account with him. If you are someone who is scared of adulting and doing things at the bank - Adam is your guy. 11/10 service.

Wasted my time here.I booked an appointment. When I came into the branch, I was advised someone would help me. I waited another 20 minutes before asking for assistance again. After 30 minutes, I finally received assistance all for them to let me know I did not have the right documents. This could have been managed much better including confirming what documents I needed to bring in before my appointment and at least having a team member help me in a timely manner.Let me also add, the Google address is incorrect. I initially navigated to the wrong place. The address should be 10900 West Jefferson Blvd.

Been a Wescom member for about 21 years.. great customer service.. just wish they have location in downtown la (they closed it)or at least Hollywood/ West Hollywood area..

My GPS told me that Wescom also handles Navy Federal accounts. It doesn't. I wasted a lot of time and missed making crucial transactions because I came here rather than go to a legitimate Navy Federal Credit Union.

My wife and I have been members for many years. The Customer Service has for the most part been excellent, the main drawback is how few branches they offer in Whittier area. There are times when you have to go in to a branch for many services that one cannot do on line, or at another credit union. - C. Cota

I just got of the with a lovely young woman "Stacy prior" Absolutely the best customer service I have received in many years she was very attentive to my concerns & my needs she show me how set up my mobile app. She was Amazing!!!! Best bank ever! Thank you!

Cashiers never are too too busty to help!They have a coin machine Which automatically deposits your total amount into checking or savings for you, and they work with new customers to make sure they get the lowest interest rates around town. They also give the highest percent interest on interest pd Sensational!!!?David Frost

Over the past three months, I needed to apply for two auto loan pre-approvals and Symone C. was the employee assigned to help me through both applications and follow-ups.She provided prompt responses to my emails and was able to answer all sorts of questions I had during my car buying process.Not only do credit unions provide the best used car financing APR's, but especially with Symone's fantastic assistance, it's a no-brainer to go with Wescom Culver City.

The notary person was awful. She had me date the signature line when it wasn't required. On top of that, she wrote my name wrong and I had to scramble to print out new forms for her to notarize again. Documents were immediately rejected by the entity I submitted to. Never again, waste of time.

The teller had put my credit card payment in the wrong account even after I had explained that said account should have been closed. I told her the account number I wanted to pay, verified the last 4 numbers and physically gave her my credit card. She still put the funds in the wrong account, it was also a large amount. I had to go back to the branch so that they could transfer the funds to the correct account. Ultimately, I do think Wescom's system and platform is not smart and easy to use and while the teller should have not made such a large mistake, I do believe that keeping the account open that should have been closed probably caused unnecessary confusion. I've also spoken to many agents over the phone, talked to multiple people in the branch and truthfully can't instill much confidence in the Wescom employees because I've been told different things by different people where my issues and concerns haven't been resolved.

I applied for a loan and Symone C followed up immediately. Although I had a made few errors she helped me to correct my application and went above and beyond ! I just opened my Wescom account the previous month and am so happy I did . The customer service is exceptional and Symone C is AMAZING!

Just waited over 30 minutes to get a new card. Was told it would be 10 minuets, no one came to let me know it would be longer and when I got my card it didn't even work. Took me over an hour to get a new card thats working and there was no line.
