The cashier at this Ralph's was quite rude. I asked about a price mistake on some fruits and she rudely said I didn't have a digital coupon(I did have the digital coupon) She did not bother correcting the price mistake until I asked another staff and that staff told her to fix it.

Horrible experience! Rude, rude, rude staff! (One of the female cashier was very unfriendly and impatient to older customers in front of me when I shopped there). Will never go back to this store.

Jackie the front end leader, was super rude in the check out lane when I came in today through the check out lane. I understand retail and customer service and having a bad day but I've never felt bad about myself or purchasing things until today with her.

Decent Ralph's in a nice area. My issue is with the pharmacy- incredibly rude and short. Won't answer questions without seeming like the world is going to end. Have some class and suck it up, your attitude sucks.

Curbside Pickup is great especially being disabled. I appreciate being able to park and pickup my orders.. I exclusively use various stores pickup and go services for my shopping needs. The reason for the one star review at this particular location is because I arrived to pickup my groceries exactly at my pickup time and the entire pickup staff decided to go to lunch during that time slot (Monday at 12noon) WOW what a headache. Not even ONE employee could bring my groceries outside so I foolishly waited and waited in the parking lot burning gas because I assumed they would come out AT ANY Moment but that went on for 45 minutes. No one answers the phone number posted on the pickup sign. So if your cell phone has no internet service for any reason while picking up orders no one will answer the phone.. I called the general store number as well no answer. Finally after the "pickup manager", came off lunch and decided to bring my order out she was rude. I ended up placing a Pavilions pickup order but then having to wait several hours later for a time slot---No apologies for the long wait. Nothing. I asked her if Kroger would be happy that she has customers sitting in the parking lot waiting until the whole staff is done with lunch.. still trying to contact the real store manager to complain.. no answer, go figure!

Came back today (5-24-22) for the 50% (buy one get one) chicken sale. All they have is breasts with ribs. No thighs, no drumsticks. The meat dept is terrible. You would think that if there's a sale that they should have the sale items on the shelf.

It's a Ralph's which gets me all I need, but at the end of the day I always go back to Pavilions next door because this store seems more crowded, less friendly and less inviting than Pavilions.

The great thing about this store is that finding a parking spot is usually not an issue. Otherwise, there's nothing exceptional about the store. It feels somewhat quaint, almost like a 70's vibe which makes it likable. It feels easy-going when I shop there.

I used to love this place but don't even try to order groceries online and pick them up they ALWAYS give me rotten food! Then they refuse to refund me I have to drive all the way back to exchange it or they lie and say they will credit my account but whatever that means. They have given me EXPIRED spinach, rotten moldy fruit and OPENED meat that leaks blood all over everything- these were supposed to be sealed organic simple truth steaks. I have spoken to the manager several times about receiving expired moldy items and then they say oh we will train our shoppers - it honestly seems like the manager is pushing them to give us all their expired rotten food. I no longer shop here even though it's in walking distance. I only use Instacart and any store that isn't Ralph's when it comes to food.... What a ROTTEN way to manage a store that definitely makes more than enough money to give its customers expensive food they paid for that isn't opened or rotten! You could literally die from eating opened meat that is supposed to be vacuum sealed and it happened TWICE !!!!!!!! I even put in the notes the next time please don't give me opened meat and they did anyway ! It's like they want me dead that would kill a person ! Here eat a steak that is supposed to be vacuum sealed for a month but had been opened and leaking blood. Also twice they gave me chicken that smelled rotten so bad we had to take it to the outside dumpster so I just stopped buying chicken. I give up. Pay more to be treated like a pig on a farm.

I put in an online order and completely followed through with "I'm on my way" and "I'm here" on the app and Google maps. I waited 15 minutes before someone came out and said "can you come back in an hour and a half, your order isn't ready." No I couldn't. He then cancelled my whole order. What a mess and waste of everyone's time. I don't blame him as an employee, I think this is a problem with the corporation or management.

I visit this Ralph's for several miscellaneous items all the time. They always have what I need. Great sushi station as well. Lots of great deals at the butcher. Big clean store. Always seems busy and the shelf's are loaded. Easy location to visit also with big parking lot. Ohhh they have a star bucks in the store and I like that. I don't live close but work close to this location and go out of my way to do most of my home shopping here when I can. Great working self service also.

Pandemic style drive up and pickup. I'm all about it. Look, my order was correct, the guy who brought it out was cool, and the process wasn't crazy. It's quite a busy parking lot l, so I appreciate some semblance of order and their clearly marked signs. The only reason I didn't go with a 5 is that I was there waiting for about 10 minutes and there were no status updates. I'd say 4.5 stars is more accurate. In fact, if or when I pickup again, if it's u set 10 minutes of waiting, I'll bump it up to a 5. All in all, the drive up here wasn't half bad. That's what's up. Final Word: I'll be trying this location and system out again

Sometimes great and sometimes they can't tell milk from heavy cream. It's 50/50 and only because of Jennifer in floral do I come back to get flowers for my mom. And Isabel and Abraham have in Starbucks.

The Deli is just as poorly ran as the customer service at the front of the store. No one cares you are loosing customers. My boss gives me money to pickup chicken as we are working late in the office. Then he is mad at me that the fried chicken that Ralphs sold me was not fit to eat and should have been thrown out and replaced with fresh. Don't shop here in the evening time as the Deli is not fresh, and they do not care.

I hate a certain employee here. I've been going to this Ralph's for years. Until lately I never saw her at this Ralph's, and she is a racist. I am an Asian individual and she is very rude to me every time and gives an attitude, and when I get pissed off she acts like the victim. I cannot speak English well so I'm pretty sure she takes advantage of that. One time she smirked at me and saying she doesn't understand what I was saying. Apparently she is the manager, which is unbelievable with that kind of attitude towards customers.
