This place is the worst. It is right by my house so I give them one chance after another. They never pick up the phone. One time I showed up when they were opening and I waited 20 minutes. Sometimes when they get a prescription, they don't tell you it's not in stock. Always one pharmacist working and you have to wait. And I know this sounds like a silly expectation , but they really should have Wi-Fi for a place where people are waiting for a while. There is no cell service in the building, and if you have to make a call or look something up on your phone, you have to go out into the parking lot. Maybe it's not that way for everyone but my service in there sucks. This place needs a real update.

This location has the nicest staff! Was just in getting a passport picture and Rudy was so helpful. He took my photo and did not stop til I found the perfect shot. He was so funny and kind and very helpful. Thank you Rudy for great experience! The rest of the staff was really nice as well! Highly recommend if you need a passport pic.

If you're in the market for an unreliable pharmacy, I recommend the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Culver City on Jefferson Boulevard. I was told that my prescription was ready and I went to the pharmacy on Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived at the pharmacy, I was told that it wasn't ready and I should come back at another time. I called Rite Aid and was told that I should come back on Thursday after 4:00pm. I did just that. I was told that the prescription was not in the store and I should come back the following day. This is a pharmacy that has zero respect for the customer's time and patience. Their word means absolutely nothing. When they tell you a prescription is going to be ready on a certain date, know in advance that their promise is totally meaningless. My recommendation to you is this: If you value your time, make a point of avoiding this pharmacy.

Horrible Pharmacy!!!! I have never had any problems with a pharmacy except this one . Each Time I come here it's always problems.. my mother has had the similar experiences with this pharmacy . I'm will find another CVS. I left CVS on Bristol because of their closure. The medications is never filled on time - it takes days. Their phone system doesn't work- I had to submit the order online after repeatedly calling the pharmacy number. Seems like the pharmacy has to be there to dispense medication certain medication like synthoid. But I have been taking this med for a while . I had to go home and wait - and I don't even live in Culver City. When the medication is ready , they do not have a good notification system that the prescription is ready when you wait in store. Never Again

I use the pharmacy there because they're always on time with refills and notify you unlike my Optum and Insurance that I hate I always have to call two or three times to get my meds. Ridiculous

Marlon, Ice Cream Counter Barista Extraordinnaire, is the most helpful, generous, friendly, gracious, attentive, and welcoming staff person I have encountered anywhere in a long time. I will come back to this location more to get my Thrifty's fix because of him. Marlon - thank you!!

We frequently visit this Rite Aid in Culver City on Jefferson Blvd. We come here for almost everything we need from medical needs to ice cream to beauty supply. I would have given this location 5 stars but bc the Pharmacy area is super slow, I deducted 1 star. I do want to say that The customer service is usually good. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. This location is right next to Pavilions. It's convenient and they often offer discount on ice creams and who doesn't love Thrifty ice cream?! Definitely a good store for any needs.

All you dumbasses and Karens need to STFU!! This staff works hard to fill your prescriptions. There is a GD pandemic and they're severely understaffed. Unlike other people who chose to quit and walk away, these people chose to stay.. OR MAYBE.. they can't afford to leave?! Think about that before spewing your ignorant privileged attitude. These workers are tired, stretched to their limits AND have to deal with YOU. They are saints

They completely lied about their walk in appointment window. Supposed to be 2-3 daily. I show up at the store right at 2pm. The store is completely empty other than 2 people sitting who were presumably there for vaccines as well. I was told the WALK IN window was "completely booked" for the the next week and to check again next week. First of all if you have booked the walk in window it sort of defeats the purpose of a walk in window. Second, not sure how you're completely booked when there was no one there?! I feel like the person there could not be bothered so I was basically blown off. I said if they don't have walk ins they should update the website and she said I could use the website to make an appointment for next week. A second lie as I had already tried that and they have no availability until after Christmas. Very disappointing considering we followed the directions exactly as the website stated, showed up on time, and no one was there, yet we were turned down.

This used to be my favorite pharmacy pre covid but the service in the pharmacy has gone to complete garbage. The pharmacists used to care but they are long gone. Both my spouse, myself, and my child have had to go without regularly prescribed medications (including heart medication) for various stupid reasons on their part. I called this pharmacy at least a dozen times yesterday, beginning at 9 am, to check on an rx NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER. Going to move the whole family to a different pharmacy this is garbage.

I give 3 stars due to a pharmacy's tech sour attitude. I shop at this location regularly, mainly picking up prescriptions. For the most part, my whole store experiences have been good except for two incidents that involved the aforementioned RUDE pharmacy tech. I went to pick up two prescriptions. I was the only one in line. There were three other people waiting but had been helped. As I waited the tech approached one of the three ppl who were helped. She asked the customer questions about whatever business she was helping her with. The tech NEVER acknowledged me once. Of course other ppl filed in line. Still waiting. No one said anything to me or the new customers who came to the line. A pharmacist or asst reared his head but he didn't say anything to the growing number of people. I shook my head. It was quite unbelievable how the two employees chose to ignore customers. The tech who assisted the customer who was there before me chose to help another customer who came to the line about five minutes after I did! I had enough. I approached the window and asked her why she stepped in my presence twice, said not one word to me but elected to help someone who came to the line after me??! Bottom line, I'm sending a letter to the pharmacy board about tech's deplorable attitude. I'd not want to have to take me and My family's business elsewhere. But I refuse to keep giving my business and money and be treated like dog feces.

I Came in to get a money order and the employee named Aiden paused to think and said "Not this late." He said they turned the machines off. I've been later than this and got one. He was already closing everything, taking out the trash, and just didn't want to do it. Lazy!

New employee Kimberly definitely could use more training! At least I hope she's new. She had to ask the young supervisor on duty how to do the simplest things. I came in to do a return and because the item Didn't have the barcode on it, she rudely told me to go look for the item, fine no problem even thou I had been waiting in line more than 20 minutes already with 2 people ahead because she spent so much un needed time on another customer, finally the young could care less supervisor comes up to get the what had now become a long line going but typical Rite-Aid always 1 cashier and other employees Can't be so bothered or hiding in the back, I always hate this location more than others. Get it together please.

David is the worst employee ever, he really needs to fix his attitude, work on his customer service. Or else he should be fired! Management needs to step it up and supervise these people
