  I came at 1:30 p.m. to transfer the money. The employee was rude and did not answer questions. He cut the papers and threw them in the trash. I did not transfer the money. We are in the year 2023, and this is offensive to a global company of this size.

  Old hispanic man working here is a very rude person. Very bad experience with western union, I will submit a complaint to western union too.
