Got a quote on Yelp from MY Phone Repair. Ended up going with them since they had the most competitive pricing. My mom had damaged her ipad 10 screen and was looking to get it replaced.The spot is right next to Marina foods. Parking can be chaotic during peak hours.It took them a few days to order the screen, which wasn't a big deal since my mom wasn't in a rush. Unfortunately, after we brought it back home, my mom noticed some screen issues as there were shadows appearing. I immediately texted the number and they said they would replace it (but would take additional days to re-order a new screen).Recommendation to the business would be to stock more inventory on screens, especially newer gens, so customers would be more willing to go with them. Docking a star for the mess up on the first go around and needing to wait longer.Ended up costing $120 to replace the screen. They mentioned they have some warranty on it...hopefully it holds up.Definitely test the screen there to ensure it looks ok upon receipt.

Came in for a camera and battery replacement. The price was right and came in the cheapest of the local options l checked. Now l understand why.Had to make a total of three trips after first repair resulted in back glass poorly glued/peeling, and visible dirt and scratch on the newly installed camera.Second visit they agreed to fix the work, but refused to acknowledge that there was any problem. Basically tried to gaslight me, saying the scratches and dirt were light reflections. However, they had to order more parts so I needed to come back a third time.Third time was the charm and my phone is now fixed.Overall, poor communication was concerning. There was no real discussion or contract or anything. Only after the repair was I told my phone would no longer be water resistant (shouldn't that sort of info be communicated up front?).

This place is amazing!!! I called 10+ places to get quotes to fix the back glass on my iPhone - everyone charged 1.5-2x what I paid here. The lady who does the work is very fast (had it done in less than 2hrs) and super professional. Also I thought it was really cool that she was running this joint, as most of these phone repair shops are run by men. #ladybossThe end result was high quality - looked exactly like the original. I’m definitely coming back here again.If you’re looking for a phone repair, save yourself all the phone calls and headaches - come here, don’t get any other quotes and just trust that you’ll get the best price and a job well done.

Got the screen replaced on my pixel 6 about a year ago. I had to wait for them to get the screen in stock, but the repair was quick and easy once they had it. After the repair I noticed that my phone would get jittery when I was holding it sometimes. It has a wrap around edge. I'm wondering if there is some screen calibration required for the edges to work right? Maybe they're not super familiar here with pixel phones?

My phone was water damaged and I could't use it at all. The shop owner quickly inspected the phone and told me that the problem was able to be fixed by replacing the screen. In 10~20 minutes, she fixed the problem and gave my phone back. It was fantastic.

Terrible customer service. I have had my iPhones and Apple Watches repaired here before. The parts are ok (touch screens are not great but good for the price they charge) and their service was ok as well till todayMy Apple Watch display cracked last year and they fixed it. The watch display popped out 2 months back and I went back to the store to get this fixed. The display popped out again this week and when I went back, the lady at the counter was very rude and kept repeating that it was my fault and asked me how I was using the watch to make this display pop (which is ridiculous as I just wear it like a normal watch) . She then asked me if I was rubbing alcohol to clean the watch which I didn’t . She then went on and on about how she has never seen this before at which point I lost any confidence that she can help with the issue and walked out. I am never going back here again

I called to get an estimate of a simple repair that has been done for me several times at a different store. The store personnel said that it wasn't possible and that they couldn't do it. I recommend going to a business that knows how to do simple repairs.

I’ve used several phone repair shops in the SJ area over the last decade - but since I found M.Y. I don’t go elsewhere. Martina is great! She knows her phones, she’s honest and efficient and always provides quality service at a fair price. Screen replacement, back glass replacement , and another repair issue , what exactly I can’t recall at the moment , but every time my phone was ready within a couple of hours, and looked and functioned perfectly. And I didn’t leave with an empty wallet ?I live close to Santa Cruz so M. Y. is not the closest repair place I could use - it’s a good drive , esp with commuter traffic - but Martina’s service is totally worth the trip.Thanks Martina, you rock. ?

I got my iPhone 13 pro got fixed here within 1 hour.They replaced the charging port for $100, which looks fair to me, and I’m able to use my phone again!
