“Really nice store—very clean, and the staff is always friendly. I've been visiting for nearly two decades, and they consistently offer a great selection of chocolates that are always delicious. The recent remodel looks fantastic and makes the store feel even cleaner and more inviting.”
“On March 26 around 1:30 PM, I visited See’s Candies expecting a quick and pleasant experience since there were no customers when I arrived. I planned to purchase several boxes of assorted dark and milk chocolates.
However, once I was helped by a male associate, the experience became uncomfortable. After I mentioned I needed four 1-pound boxes, he accidentally dropped the boxes on the floor. I then clarified that I actually wanted to order three boxes first before deciding on the remaining items. At that point, he responded with attitude and told me to make up my mind before placing the order. His tone made me feel unwelcome.
Shortly after, Christine came out to assist, and I was genuinely relieved. She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient throughout the rest of my purchase. She completely turned the experience around for me.
I truly appreciate Christine’s excellent customer service—she deserves a 5-star rating.”

We really appreciated the hospitality and attentiveness of the sales people - they provided so many free samples for us to try, and even provided an elderly member within my party with sugar-free chocolate, which I appreciated. I love the store and the welcome you get when you walk in, along with the free sample. My favorite candy is the rum nougat, but every single piece I have tried is delicious! “Always come here when I'm in the South Bay at Mitsuwa to pick up Yoku Moku or their pancakes with red bean. So good! Staff is friendly and the selection is very good. Refrigerated chocolates from Royce. Clean aisles and counters. No stamps because it's not part of a Minamoto Kitchoan which is in SF.”

“I visit See’s Candies almost every time I come to Westfield, and it’s always a great experience. Their chocolates are absolutely delicious and high quality. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They often offer free chocolate samples, and sometimes they let me try them even before I decide to buy anything. What I really like is that the samples are full pieces of chocolate, not just tiny bites.
The prices are also very reasonable. Even if I only want to buy two or three pieces of chocolate, they are happy to sell them individually. The service is always warm and generous, which makes me want to come back every time I visit Westfield. Highly recommend!”

“The best beef jerky id ever tasted. It was $40 per lbs so not cheap but it also inspired me to get a dehydrator and start making my own jerky. Though mine is not nearly as good. The one I tried was allegedly just sugar and chili but it’s so dry and flavorful that it’s hard to believe.”
