I want to express my deepest gratitude to both Chase bank and the incredible staff - Alice, and all the staffs who work at Chase Bank! After misplacing my wallet, a gentleman found it and entrusted it to the nearest Chase Bank branch, recognizing that I held a Chase card. The Chase staff, especially Alice, went above and beyond, contacting me promptly and ensuring the safe return of my wallet with all its contents untouched. Their dedication and honesty are truly commendable. I am immensely grateful for their exceptional service and the integrity they demonstrated. Thank you to both Chase, Alice, and the amazing Chase Bank team for restoring my faith in humanity!

I needed to talk to a representative regarding clearance of 2 property tax payments. There was no way that I could find one even when I logged into my personal electronic account. I can see why Chase has a poor Yelp rating.

Last week I was dealing with something nearby and randomly went into this bank. The experience was so great that I chose to drive for 6 miles this time to open my account here, instead of any other low-scoring branches near my home. Vivian is so nice and professional. Strongly recommend!!!

WORST BRANCH EVER. AT 2PM 10 PEOPLE WAITING IN THE LINE, ALL EMPLYEES AT BANK WALKING AROUND LIKE ZOMBIES. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ASKING PEOPLE IN THE LINE WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY NEED AND THE EMPLOYE SAYS SORRY EVERYBODY AT LUNCH RIGHT NOW. SHE TOLD ME THAT IT MAY TAKE 1 HR TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME TO TRANSFER MONEY. SO THEY SENT ALL THE EMPLOYEES TO LUNCH BREAK AT 2PM. WOW I WONDER WHO RUNS THIS BRANCH. REDICULUS. ALSO DON'T BE FOOLED BY ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE, LOOKS LIKE ALL BELONG TO THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE BRANCH'S EMPLOYEES WHO NEVER BEEN AT THE LOCATION IN THEIR LIVES.

worst branch ever. at 2pm 10 people waiting in the line, all emplyees at bank walking around like zombies. one of the employees asking people in the line what kind of service they need and the employe says sorry everybody at lunch right now. she told me that it may take 1 hr to get someone to help me to transfer money. so they sent all the employees to lunch break at 2pm. wow i wonder who runs this branch. rediculus. also don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews here, looks like all belong to the friends and family members of the branch's employees who never been at the location in their lives.

I've had Chase for years now, and only went into this location once to withdraw some cash from the ATM. My wife wanted to look for a safe deposit box, so I asked about it and they just told me "sorry too bad" -- I get that there is basically no availability, but I definitely didn't feel like I was treated like a customer. I'll probably move my accounts elsewhere, or just go online for everything.
