Hi, my name is Maribel Guzman. I am emailing this because I went to the Stevens Creek Chevron today in South De Anza. I went there and I asked for the promotion water and they told me that they don’t have it. Last time I went to the same Chevron and asked them the same thing happened and they told me that they don’t have it. If the store doesn’t have enough water or anything else for promotion for people why did they even open it. When I called the manager that time the manager told me that they don’t have it now and if I really want it then she told me to go the other store. And she also said I am late when I ask her that do I have to come in the morning 7 o’clock to get my water and she just hung up on me that time. This is such a rude behavior.

Does not accept Apple Pay. Very frustrating. Used to work fine but not any more. Not the cheapest Chevron station in the area anyway.

Tap to pay has been out of order for the last month or so. I wish they’d get it fixed… so much more convenient. Otherwise they’re fine - my regular gas station. And kudos to Chevron for consistently providing free air.

Paid 7 dollars for a burnt hamburger. I’ll be coming back tomorrow for a refund. This is below par quality. I am deeply discouraged from ever gracing this gas station with my patronage ever again.
