Not sure why but it takes extremely long time for each customer. Even if you drive a little farther you will probably still save time, 2 customers served in 1 hour, unheard of.

This place is never ready for business. Whether the computers aren't functional or the card reader is down or the employees are late, it is always something. I come here to pay my bill once a month, and every time I kick myself. I need to switch to a different company.

I came in today because I wanted to switch back to Cricket after having a horrible experience with another carrier. I'm really glad that I came to this particular Cricket location. Bowen, the sales rep who helped me, was very nice and extremely patient. Since he was there by himself, training a new hire, he had to deal With a couple of customers at the same time. There was an older lady who came in and not tech savvy, like me. He was so patient and kind to her-even showing her the parts of her phone. On top of that, he also had a good sense of humor. I've been to a couple of Cricket Wireless locations and both times I've had a good experience. Thanks for knowing how to take care of your customers, Cricket Wireless!!!

On May 15 I had an experience with Cricket's sales representative that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was in the market for an iPhone 11 and visited a Cricket store expecting fair pricing and good customer service. However, the salesperson's attempt to upsell me an iPhone 11 for $500, when other Cricket stores were selling it for $300, left a sour taste in my mouth. First and foremost, I value honesty and transparency when it comes to sales. It's understandable that businesses aim to maximize their profits, but attempting to charge customers significantly more for the same product is both unfair and deceptive. As a customer, I expect consistent pricing across different locations of the same retailer, especially for such popular and widely available devices like the iPhone 11. Additionally, the sales representative's approach lacked professionalism. Rather than genuinely addressing my needs and providing helpful information, the focus seemed to be on pushing the more expensive option without considering my budget or preferences. This kind of pressure sales tactic is off-putting and undermines the trust I had in Cricket as a reputable provider. Furthermore, I believe that customer service plays a crucial role in any business, and it was disappointing to encounter a salesperson who prioritized their commission over customer satisfaction. The experience left me questioning the integrity and overall quality of service provided by Cricket. As a result, I'm hesitant to continue doing business with them in the future. In conclusion, my encounter with Cricket's salesperson attempting to sell me an iPhone 11 at a significantly inflated price was highly disappointing. While I understand that businesses aim to generate profit, it's important to maintain fair and transparent practices to build trust with customers. I hope Cricket takes note of this review and addresses these concerns to ensure a more positive shopping experience for all customers.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time but locked the door from the inside, and told me that business was over. I came here at this time yesterday and the door was locked too.

My phone was broken . I went to great mall and they told me that I need to pay $150 for replace a new screen .And then I came to this store look for an upgrade . I got a phone with a case and screen protector only for $260 . They have good deal for phone !

I traveled a ways to get to this store. I arrived at 4:30pm. The store closes at 6pm. However, the door was locked, the lights were on but there didn't appear to be anyone running the place. There were 4 of us outside. Tried calling but it went to voicemail. Very frustrating!
