I took my car in for an oil change and transmission flush - and saw that the front wheel fork was in bad shape when they hoisted the car up.Al gave me a very fair estimate for the car, and a loaner for the duration of the repair.
Then, while putting the parts in, they noticed that two of the bolts were stripped, and they had to order new bolts from Mercedes. This took an additional 2 days, and added only around 80$ to the repair. Al let me keep the loaner car till my repairs were done!
I know from experience that nobody else would keep a car back for 2 days for an extra 80$ in repairs - these are some of the most professional people I have seen. I will definitely be bringing my car here again.

Great shop, Quality work for a fair price. And they're honest. Friendly too. Found them when I was living in that neighborhood, still go there although I now live 10 miles away.

This Shop Exceeded expectations! I took my car in with a bad master cylinder (no brakes!) on a Friday morning, and the job was Completed by 5 pm the same day! Not only that, the service Department Manager is professional, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I say that because he was, but also included trustworthy because the estimate for the job was quoted higher than the price he charged! When have you gone to a mechanic and gotten a Lower bill than the quote?! Plus, my brakes are as good as new! I'm So impressed, and grateful for the help! I 100% Recommend this surprisingly Great Shop! Thank you Al!

When I moved here to Cupertino from across the country for school, I didnt know where to go to get my car serviced. Luckily I found Cupertino auto care. The service here is wonderful. I feel like I can trust these guys to look over my car. It’s been 4 years and I moved to San Mateo county. I still drive 25-30 min down the highway to get my car service here just because of how trustworthy and knowledgeable they are
