The hotel has already seen its best days. Everything is okay, but exudes the charm of the 90s. Too few sockets, no light switch next to the bed,... And the breakfast is also typically American: sweet items, white bread, plastic dishes,...

The energy here is thick I think this place seems haunted as is it's eerie asf my bf woke up screaming in his sleep and before that it was just creepy. They also put a mirror in front of the bed which is demonic energy as is. I stay away from all that but yeah eerie hotel. It's legit scary, so dark not enough lighting and when you turn off lights in room you can't even see what's in front of you. It's motel 6 corporate vives with just sad dark energy would never be back here :/

Cupertino is a great place to stay when visiting Santa Clara County and the South-bay! There is something for everybody! Weary travelers wanting to rest and relax in comfortable rooms and a great meeting place for the business person! Football fans can stay here attend the nearby Levi stadium and music fans can attend their concerts. The service is above and beyond and the amenities are impeccable! I highly recommend the Cupertino Hotel as home away from home!

Pros: very large rooms and centrally/conveniently located. The staff is also friendly, as any hotel's staff rightly should be. The price also includes a GMO breakfast, but if you don't want or need breakfast, there's no value.Cons: This hotel is NOT a 4 star - period! It is a 2.5 to 3-star at best. Right there, I feel mislead and over charged, so I almost gave this hotel a 1-star for over-promising and under-delivering. The hotel and especially the finishes in the rooms are old and extremely dingy, dirty, and worn. Big stains exist everywhere on the flat, dirty carpet I would never walk on without shoes on. The headboards and all other furniture are scratched and worn; the bathroom door hook is hanging off, and most of all, the walls are PAPER thin. I could hear literally ever cough, word, and movement from the guests in the adjoining room. Based on the other reviews, most if not all rooms are adjoining. Also, we needed to refrigerate a few items, but unfortunately the fridge buzzed loudly all night long. The old, discolored heater was also loud. The TV is small, only has basic cable, and it is not wall-mounted. So, if you want to watch TV from bed, you better lay flat to see the low TV screen that's almost at bed level. Besides the gross, stained carpet, the rickety old lamps and headboards I didn't want my head or hair anywhere near, the part that really grossed me out was the clear, soupy gelatin in the bathroom "lotion" dispenser that made me wonder whether the cleaners had watered down the lotion to make it stretch. What the heck is this stuff???There are better places to stay for the money.

Overall, the hotel was a bit dated, with furniture and bathroom fixtures that could use an update. However, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was located in a convenient location.**Positives:*** Large rooms* Convenient location**Negatives:*** Dated furniture* Outdated bathroom fixtures* Could use a renovation

While dated, this hotel use to serve Apple computer recruitment and people paying homage to HQ.The bed sags, iPod charger is 1st gen large plugs. Small tv. Leaves in the pool.Even with this aging place, love the decor, running waterfall on the courtyard center, and size of the room.Needs new refurbishment that’s all I ask for a classy place of 2000

I stayed for one night in a King-sized bed room. I was greeted by smiling & friendly staff upon arrival and made me feel welcomed. This is an excellent hotel for travelers with Wheelchair accessible accommodation needs, and there are several rooms on the ground floor. I can DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this hotel for any travelers visiting the area. Thanks for the great experience!Rooms: I stayed in a room with a King Sized bed. it included modern amenities with a microwave, mini fridge, Large TV and Full Sized Mirror.Safety: I felt very safe at this Hotel during my stay. It is one way in and one way out in a very safe area.Noteworthy details: Be aware that there will be a room deposit required upon check-in, and mine was $100. The Hotel enforces quiet hours, and you have to agree to a $400 fine if you are disturbing the peace at night with noise.

My worst experience with a hotel! We arrived into the hotel at 1:00 am, there were nobody at the reception, just a note; ” will be back at 2:20’ am as the system is disconnected!” He got back at 2:20 and still system is disconnected until 2:45’ am then we could finally take our room key card.He said the breakfast time is until 10:30 am.Tomorrow morning when we reached to the breakfast salon at 10:04’ am they said it’s done the breakfast time and there’s nothing to eat. I said it should be until 10:30 as your colleague said last night, they said that’s for the weekend…..This is while it was Christmas day and it was an official holiday!!!So we didn’t get breakfast despite of payment for that. He said you can send an email and claim!!!!It was a very bad experience, and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great room, comfortable beds, the complimentary breakfast is pathetic, unfortunately. Some baked goods, cold boiled eggs with bits of shell, and cut fruit. For the price, I suppose it is a good deal, as the actual room was large and comfortable. Maybe a little lacking in bedside sockets.I'd probably stay here again, but now that I know what the breakfast situation is like I won't be bothering to partake of that.Food & drinks: Only had breakfast, very limited selection.

Good location, rooms are huge and have everything you might need. Breakfast everyday is just yummy… the pool is really nice and I would just say it’s a bummer there’s not a trash can anywhere but the lobby (and your room)…Room service is available, and I would say a little bit more light in each room… I was having a hard time getting all the lights in just to be able to work in the mornings! But other than that, housekeeping was really nice and attentiveRooms: Huge, nice and comfortable bedWalkability: If you’re with a craving, just a 3 min walk and you’re on a Safeway… you want to get some makeup? ULTA is on the same block… honestly is a good location

I hate to leave poor reviews but I feel like it’s important to call out that this really isn’t a 4-star hotel. 3-star, maybe even 2.5 depending on your room. The room wasn’t very clean, stained carpets, taped shower curtain rod. It was also incredibly loud in the sense that you can hear everything that happens in the adjoining rooms.I tried two rooms, both of which had adjoining rooms with other guests in them. The noise travels so clearly through the wall/adjoining door that I could clearly hear every TV show, phone call, shower, sigh (not exaggerating). I got one hour of sleep and moved to a different hotel the next day.The rooms are big though, and the staff was generally friendly. Free breakfast is a nice amenity although I didn’t partake. If you’re a heavy sleeper, maybe you’ll be fine, but I think there are nicer hotels nearby with similar prices.

I was at the hotel back in 2017 and really enjoyed my stay. I think one of the highlights was the breakfast buffet and the omelette bar. However, I was just at the Cupertino Hotel a week ago for the Sharks game and noticed that the omelette bar buffet and waffle bar was gone. The quality of the food has really gone down. Food was simple and lack of effort was noticed. It was a bummer to see how much changed since 2017 but maybe because of Covid and inflation has caused prices to rise. I would rate this place as average with other motels/hotels.Food & drinks: Food was very plan and simple. Unlike back in 2017 they had a chef right in the dinning area who would cook an omelette right in front of you. This time I went the just had eggs and sausages, cereal and cut fruit. Nothing too exciting just plain and simple unfortunately
