Fast forward 4 years - Have an issue with leaking roof due to recent storms. With all roofers being busy, what do I do? I send a txt to Alex and Yuchi at 10 pm, get a response at 1 am. Yuchi calls the roofer and schedules an appointment by noon.. This is just a great example of their willingness to help their previous clients!!
