This is a very well run storage facility in a nice and convenient location. Very close to freeway 280 and a shopping center.The office manager is friendly, helpful and professional.The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. I can access my storage every day including all holidays.I have been a very satisfied customer and have no hesitation when recommending this place to others.

Best prices in the area and huge storage rooms. Easy access and plenty of parking space. Friendly owner or manager woman. Only bad thing is its not 24hrs open. Thats ok though, I wish they were open til 10pm. One time a few years ago, they got robbed. I talked to a police officer, and he said 99% of the time, storage places get robbed, it is an inside job. He asked me if the cameras on the storage rooms were down yet the other storages rooms that were not robbed, the camera works, yes. Thats why he said its an inside job. Thats is exactly what happened. Be aware, double lock your doors with special locks. That only happened once.

I rented from Cupertino Safe Storage for years. I had a very good experience. Annette, the Manager, was super professional, and super helpful. She really knows what she is doing and keeps the facility in tip-top shape. When Annette must be away, her twin, Jeannette fills in. At first glance , you might think that Jeannette is Annette. I did! LOL! Thank you, Annette and Jeanette, for all that you did! I will always be grateful! As long as either of you work there, I will recommend Cupertino Safe Storage !!!!!

Cupertino Safe Storage can't be all that safe. They have a homeless encampment right next to it where they cut the fencing. Cupertino Safe Storage has failed to remove the MASSIVE amount of graffiti surrounding the property - seriously a MASSIVE amount, you can see it in all it's filthy glory from 280 for a quarter mile. It's a huge eye sore and attracting more problems. Caltrans says it's private property and the graffiti isn't their problem. I can't imagine that it's easy to maintain but, doing absolutely nothing is leading to a much bigger problem.

I have been renting space here for over a year. It’s been the best experience to know my things are safe & protected by the wonderful caretakers. I have never had any problems & it’s always clean and smells fresh in my area. It’s important to me that someone understands how important other peoples things really are to them. Thank you! Be safe

Staff is very helpfull. Never had any problems with staff getting back at her earliest convience. My only problem is prices keep going up and up.

Not a safe place to store your belongings. My safe storage was opened and my goods were stolen and the administration said they had other clients complaining about the same but there is nothing they could do. I emptied the space and they not even refunded me the portion I did not use. Poor experience and even poorer response from management. Be careful in this facility.

Not a safe storage facility. My goods were stolen and management said there were other clients with the same problem. Someone was opening locks inside the facility. If I wanted they could support me by calling the sheriff and that was all of their response. They didn't refund me not even for the time I did not use. Poor customer support and the worst experience.

Clean, safe, hidden gem in Cupertino behind the Rite Aid and Safeway center known as Homestead Square. Annette is a great manager and very nice and friendly, as well as on the ball. The units are older but clean and functional. In my opinion this is a far, far, better place to rent than one of the big chains like Public Storage. Break-ins are very rare at this location & Annette patrols the property all the time along with other measures. If you are leaving and want a refund of unused rent make sure you clearly understand the policies and do not assume you will qualify for a partial refund. This is the one issue we had to deal with here which was a little unpleasant.

Used this for 2 years, everything went well, and we had no water problems (even though we got lots of rain in 2017). The staff was helpful and friendly.
