My family visited this location to get a flu shot-2nd time. CVS team member was extremely kind and handled everything quickly, which made my family feel comfortable throughout our entire visit. We will definitely visit this location again next time we need a flu shot or any other vaccination.

Whatever medicine we had to pick up from the prepared medicine department, it was always a quest. Either there was no medicine and they sent us to other pharmacies, or you wait 10 minutes and end up picking it up in half a day, or there was a kilometer-long line for 1 hour.

This CVS is a little run down but definitely is always stocked.
Best part is pharmacy - late pickup/drop offs open. Sometimes the line is crazy long and more often than not, there’s no one there. Moves extremely fast though.

I picked up a prescription and only realized after the fact that I had coupon to lower the cost. I returned to the store, it was very busy, but the pharmacy took care of the matter right away, and saved me a lot more money than my coupon!

CVS on De Anza Blvd. has a great pharmacy and retail
sales staff. The store is clean but lacks a big variety of products outside of the CVS brand. Prices are high unless you find a sale. And coupons expire too fast.

I am not sure what is going on at CVS Pharmacy to make the staff so unfriendly. I was asked by my insurance company to transfer my prescriptions to CVS if I wanted 90 day supplies. So very reluctantly I transferred my prescriptions over from Safeway Pharmacy. I say reluctantly, because the team at Safeway Pharmacy actually cared, they would smile and ask how you were doing. The pharmacist would come over to chat and ask if you had any questions about the prescriptions. In fact, that's how I even realized that they could give you medicines with easy-off lids for arthritic hands. Because I was picking up a new prescription for for my arthritis and the pharmacist there came over and asked if I preferred easy-off lids. That is called caring customer service!!! My experience at CVS, was quite the opposite of that, unfortunately. The team member who assisted me was very short with me, interrupting me when I was giving her information, didn't smile at all and didn't even bother asking if I needed to see a pharmacist to ask any questions. I happened to be picking up a NEW PRESCRIPTION and yet!!! The same experience with the team member who gave me my flu shot soon after. While he was not rude, he didn't smile or ask how I was doing, if I had been sick recently...you know, the regular questions that they ask you. Didn't talk to me about soreness etc after the shot. Just, nothing. Before my neighborhood Rite Aid closed down (and ended up transferring all my prescriptions to Safeway by default) the pharmacy team there had become friends over the years! As soon as one of them saw me, they would go get meds for any member of my family...they had gotten to know us that well! The pharmacist there would even enquire about how my mother-in-law and children were doing. At CVS, I don't expect any such thing, going by my experience today. I was so rattled by their sullen behavior that I walked away without even asking to talk to the pharmacist. I did have questions as I am starting a new medication. And oh yes, on my way out I wanted to ask the check out folks a question, namely if the $5 off coupon I received for taking a vaccine there would work if I came back tomorrow. But nope, there was NO ONE at check out. I walked out after a few minutes of waiting. @CVS, please make your employees happier, so that they treat their customers better.

The pharmacist at the Cupertino CVS on DeAnza is considerate, discreet, pleasant, and efficient. He takes the time for all consults even with my "simple" (but not to me) questions.

Tall old fat clown at the register was disrespectful towards me and other customers. Avoid this place or die trying.
