This De Anza laundromat machines are old and slow, the store looks dark and old, it is still the old coin machines, very old fashion and costly. The washer capacity are small or not efficient. I selected the biggest load machine inserted 31 units quarters to wash one lightweight king size quilt, instated of clean it made the quilt some uneven coloration and stained from the machine. The dryers are old inside/out looks dirty, inside surface had residue and not smooth.It wasted my money and time from 4pm - 6pmto do 2 pieces of laundry there. Why? listen to the truth! After 40 minutes on hot to dry the single lightweight quilt it was still damp! Plus one pillow in another dryer for 20 minute on hot but it was still damp...I had to added more money but after the quilt was almost dry and taken out, the white quilt was stained I had to use some amount bleach spray detergent to remove the stained area, but the spray was too strong made the white turned to purple immediately, so I had to use the sink tap water to dilute the small area quickly ( the whole quilt was still in my laundry carrier I did not want to make it wet after finally dried) but the lady owner was very stressed to stare at what I am doing without any sympathy. The guy owner was so careless to the customers in store when he was moping the floor, it was wet and slippery but no yellow sign to alert in store customers, the store was pretty narrow and crowded and outside it was raining and wet. I kindly suggested them to put the yellow sign, the lady owner was very rude she said: "what is the sign?" meantime she tried to take out the yellow signs from underneath the counter top, she pointed the front: " Let me show you we have the signs here of we reserve the rights to refuse to service some people..." Both of them got angry on me, the guy owner tried to justify he said because of I made the floor wet ( actually I did not drop any water at all, I only used very small amount of water and very cautiously because even the small spill of the bleach can discolor my clothes....) and there was no customers intended to use the sink at that time. They harassed me to leave the store with undried laundry from dryer as punishments. What a dangerous and uncomfortable service condition and attitude!!!??? Very bad experience ever! Years ago the previous owner was very professional and friendly, I did not know now it changed. I won't and I do not recommend to spend any time and any penny to this kind of laundry to wash.

The guy who came here do their laundry last time was complained about a Latino lady who deliberately turn off his laundry machine, and caused all his clothes damp. He told me that lady hasn't been showing up again and did the tiny crime lately. However, people started to safeguard about their clothes lately, to ensure the Latino lady won't experience bad mood and came back again.Anyway, be safe and have a safe winter holiday.

The entire place is kept very clean and is well supplied. The vending machines are kept stocked and have change.

This laundromat was very clean. The machines worked great and just showed how poorly my apartment machines are, which are broken down, again! My only complaint was that it is very expensive!

I come to this place since my laundry broke down and my landlord refuses to do anything about it. I looked it up on Yelp first, and then decided to stop by. Seemed like it was moderately busy, but pretty quiet location. Easy to pop in, put in your laundry, then just wait or sit in your car till it's done. They have a vending machine for some laundry supplies, and some drinks. I just bring my own though.

Dryers do not dry well , even after an hour clothes come out damp , either they haven't cleaned out the machine well or they set up the machine to do that, ever since previous owners left the business efficiency of dryers has decreased and this has been for months-years . Before with a small load drying 15min was enough on high heat. Now it comes out half damp and increasing the usage time doesn't dry completely either, I have to go home and hang up clothes to finish air drying

This place is a complete piece of junk. One of the owners told me that I need to put the dryer on high in order to dry my clothes and that medium temperature wasn’t enough. The other owner explained to me over and over again that my towels weren’t dry after 32 minutes because I needed to put them in for 32 minutes without stopping. I explained to her over and over again that I did put my towels in for 32 minutes straight but she apparently wasn’t listening. This is the type of place you will go to if you want to spend an hour and a half drying your clothes.

I have been doing my laundry here for 2 years. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Having been to laundromats around the country, this location is the cleanest and most pleasant one.

Clean laundromat here. Machines are priced a bit on the high side but they are all nice and clean. The washers clean wonderfully and the dryers get nice and hot.Everyone I've met has been very friendly. I will certainly be back.

Nice and quiet. Went their today as my washer at home had broken down. It's a bit pricey, but that's with everything in bay area.

I came here 2x that was mistake to give this place 2nd chance. My 1st time felt off as I know how much detergent to use. My clothes smelled a little too good. As soon as i used the dry, there we go. 1 load, a weeks worth of clothing couldn't fully dry within 40 minutes. Ok, so, 2nd time, around same thing again my clothes smells too good... Now I wanted to get out of there ASAP so I used 2 dryers. Guess what my clothes were damp 25 minutes in. It took 40 minutes and my hoodies was still wet in some areas, my socks damp and some of long sleeve shirts still wet. The next day I just took my clothes to another place washed it over to see if detergent was rinsed out NOPE!
