I’m so surprise why this place have so high review? What are people think?!Those people who work here, they don’t care your pet at all, and all they want it’s just money.Don’t believe anything they said, which all lies!

I took my leopard gecko here after having no luck finding other available vets nearby. It was the best choice I made for my pet. The staff at DeAnza Vet Clinic were amazing and extremely supportive. The veterinarian was especially great. I felt a great sense of comfort and trust because of their excellent expertise and empathy. They made sure I understood what services my pet would receive and what the aftercare would look like for us at home. DeAnza staff helped me all the way through my gecko's unfortunate death. They supported me through the euthanization process, as well as the cremation process. I can't thank this clinic enough. They were truly kind, genuine, and sincere. I will be taking my other pets to this clinic too!

Very friendly and personable, and love that they provide care for reptiles! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pet

Friendly, affordable “mom and pop” vet. Been in business for years and it’s obvious why. Our cat gets top notch care and recommendations/options when her allergies can’t be quelled by meds alone. They discuss things thoroughly and I always feel they care for the animals that they see!

This veterinarian clinic is a must in the Bay area but don't push them with like a human care hospital mentality; the DeAnza team are all wonderful professionals working at a local clinic think of them as old days veterinary care for our beloved pets, where the utterly important thing is veterinary care. Particularly Dr. Bates, I take my hat off to him for the incredible care he provided to my chukar pet Pollo years ago, my bird was attacked by a feral cat, her prognosis was very dangerous and Dr. Bates did everything possible in his professional knowledge to get my pet bird out of danger, Pollo was able to live happily longer :) and I will always be heartily grateful to Dr. Bates and the entire team at DeAnza Veterinary Clinic.

Wrong diagnosis and insensitive staff: your pet can last without eating for weeks.Had to find another vet but still too late. Thanks, btw, she's gone now.

They were awesome when I called about a long infection. However, they will not give you an appointment for an infection emergency. You can go for regular medical, but don’t go for anything important.

I'm so grateful to finally find an amazing vet clinic and someone as caring and thorough as Dr. Sheryl Greenspan. The process, from intake to exam results, went smoothly and timely for my 2 hamsters. The staff were super friendly and willing to help. Dr. Greenspan thoroughly explained what she checked, what she found, and what she recommends to better care for my hamsters. She even gave me a folder with more information on hamsters as well as a sheet of the recommended veggies that I can incorporate into my hamsters' diet and more info on another exotic vet clinic in case of an emergency. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Greenspan provided preventative care and not just "this is what happens to your pet, good luck," because I sure have experienced that at other clinics. I just know that Dr. Greenspan really cares about the animals that she sees everyday and I'm grateful that my hamsters are in good hands. Highly recommend you checking this vet clinic out if you have pets (small or big).

Always take great care of my dusky conure chuckles! I lost track and my birds nails were curled under almost.... They got her fixed up in one visit and trimmed her wings. Always great care from Dr Bates crew inside! Thank you

BUYER BEWARE! If you want a vet who makes your dog wait for 2 weeks with allergies, has confrontational staff answering the phone every time you call in for an appointment, where the vet takes the side of her rude staff, without listening to the customers concern, then De Anza Veterinary clinic is where you want to wait to take your beloved animal to be treated.

Super helpful, we were not even a patient here and they would answer our questions over the phone. Our turtle was laying eggs and we didn't quite know if we needed to do anything. The addresses the immediate questions and found time for a visit in their schedule. The veterinarian was very friendly and open, did not rush us, answered all of our questions and had a handful of suggestions. It was such a positive experience compared to other vets we have been to!!Would highly recommend bringing your loved pet here, it feels like they are in great hands.

Worst vet ever. Dr Greenspan is a horrible human being under a sweet soft spoken voice. My dog was injured and Dr. Greenspan completely ignored and refused care after she was hurt at this office. It was and has been the worst experience in my life and I am over 50 years old.

I have been taking my dogs here for 2 years. Although there have been a few times the front desk technician was rude when asking me questions, I brushed it off. But today it was not cool. I was promised to get my dog's lab result back within a week. It costs me $350 to do the lab. 3 weeks later I emailed to check on the result, no answer. The next day I called, the technician told me that the doctor was in with another patient. She will call or email me when she can. Fast forward a few hours later, nothing. I called again. Not only did the technician not apologize for the delay. She basically told me off: ma'am we have 2 doctors and 2 technicians, we are doing our best and will get back within timely manner. Let me tell you something: I respect your schedule and because you took care of my dogs well I drive a long way to be there. But you need to respect my time and effort. I did not call to complain. I called to check on the lab results that were 2 weeks late. If you are short staffed, tell me the ETA when I should expect to hear back. And always always apologize for the delay. Short staff is your problem, not my or my dog's. Also my dog needs a prescription. If he doesn't get it in time it will be an issue. Do not ever be rude to customers. That is customer service 101.
