Location is inside Safeway and very convenient. Steps are easy to follow. Make sure you have the letter ( e g. car renewal registration) to scan the bar code to save typing. Process can be finished in few minutes if everything runs smoothly. Noted transaction fee applied and the machine only take debit or credit cards.
