The taro tea did not taste like taro at all. It tasted like plain milk. I recommend Gong Cha to better appreciate the taro flavor.

Fantasia is one of the OG boba places and still one of my favorites. Their milk tea tastes perfect with a good balance of good tea and milk flavor. Boba is always perfectly chewy. Also not the most expensive.

Ordered a milk tea, the waitress just put ice, milk, perl and syrup in a cup and did not even shake it. Not sure starting from when it became like this, will never come back.

Situated in a quiet corner of a busy shopping center with outdoor seating as well. Coffee was good but they don’t offer oat milk. No mugs either, everything comes in plastic or paper. Personnel is very nice. Didn’t buy food because everything is packaged in an excessive amount of plastic.

This is probably the best oolong milk tea I’ve had so far and very consistently delicious and soft boba (never hard or gluey). I really love the calm vibe here and the outdoor seating area. It’s always pretty quiet and relaxing.

Had a latte and mango panna cotta. The latte was alright but seemed to focus more on quantity than quality. The mango panna cotta, sadly, was a disappointment. I hope they'll up their game soon because the potential for a great cafe experience is there.

5 stars for nostalgic reasons, but if I compare this place to other bubble tea shops would be 4 stars.

Across the street from Apple's new HQ, in the shade under an eave makes this a pleasant place to relax with a tea and friends, magazine, or a laptop - you'll feel comfortable either way. Relax here after (or meet before) walking around to sample other restaurants in the area. For older people, there's handicapped parking within 10m, and you don't even need to walk inside to enjoy your drink or small food (eggs, flan). I'm not affiliated with management here, just one of their regulars

Love that all their teas are non dairy which made it easy to order. Service was super quick when there's not a lot of people. There's plenty of seating and the atmosphere is also great at night. I don't get any complicated drinks so at least I can say their regular milk tea is bitter and great ? Will try to come back if I'm in the areaVegetarian options: Great spot for anyone lactose intolerant or vegan

Fantasia's been a staple of the area that's been around for many many years (although I suspect the ownership has shifted hands at some point). When I was small, I was obsessed with the pudding, but nowadays I just get the Taro Milk (which I'm addicted to). To be honest, I find most of their teas mid and often not finishable BUT I have a strong aversion to most syrups and all Ceylon black tea. Ceylon just tastes like medicine to me personally and it seems that that's the base they use for their milk teas so if you are similar, it would be best to avoid their black teas. However, their TARO MILK IS A STAPLE!! Especially in the winter time. I cannot stop going back. It's non-caffeinate and there's no tea but the taro is natural and they use high quality milk and it's just delicious. Their toppings are also always perfectly chewy, and I also enjoy their hot grass jelly. It's a good place to sit and chat with friends, and the service has always been great (sometimes I call in ahead of time to make sure they didn't run out of popular toppings yet). I would like to see more non-Ceylon options (the almond milk tea would be a fave of mine if it had a different tea base). Overall, 5/5 for toppings and specific drinks, 3/5 for most other drinks when I deviate from my regular order, and 4/5 for environment (good but not insanely aesthetic like some places try to be).

Very good service and the quality of the boba and tea. The guy knows a lot about product and suggest different options I have not considered before. I liked it.

Welp... it just didn't do it for me. Maybe it was an off day or maybe they just mucked up my drink?! All of these 5 star reviews have got me questioning if I ordered the right thing. Muddy Okinawa Fresh Milk. This was all the rave and it sounded amazing so I knew I had to try it. I'm rarely ever in this part of town, but I made it point to come to Fantasia to try this very drink. Parking was a nightmare and the line was out the door. BUT... yours truly was right there ready to try this magical boba tea. Have patience because the lines get long and the service is slow. The workers were really sweet, but they clearly needed at least 2 more people behind the counter. They have lots of other teas but they're known for their fresh milk. I adore fresh milk and Okinawa Pearl tea, so I was super excited to get a taste of this. It looked the part but I was left sorely disappointed after taking my first sip. First of all, it was hella watered down. There wasn't much ice in it to begin with, so I don't think it was the ice melting. It tasted like watery milk. It wasn't very sweet even at the maximum sweetness level and even after I mixed it up a bit. I should also note that all of their drinks are non-dairy. I'm not against this, but I do feel like this can affect the taste of milk based teas. This drink wasn't cheap either! Almost $7 without toppings or tip. I mean, maybe this is the going rate nowadays since I don't get boba tea too often. But $7 just seems pricey for something that isn't up to par. So again, maybe this was just an isolated experience given all of their recent 5 star reviews. Based off of this experience alone, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back here again.

High quality tea shop that uses fresh ingredients in their drinks. My go-to on a wintery day is their hot taro milk. I love that it's made with real taro and not the purple powdery mix-in that's commonly used by other places. Service is always quick and friendly even when they're busy. The cafe ambiance indoors is pleasant with muted colors and no loud music which makes it a good environment to work or study.
