This location is inside Walgreens! It is not full service IE you can drop off your packet with the label. They will not have the supplies to pack. One advantage with the location is that it is open’ until 10 pm! Deliveries leave only next day at around 3 pm

I went there to drop a FedEx package, retuning a pair of shoes I bought online. The lady was very friendly and helpful.

I came in to send some packages and I want to give Peter 5 stars today. Fed Ex deserves the great review but Peter is the super star of the day and I am sad because I heard he is just visiting this location. Peter is so kind and he did incredible today working the registers and tackling the long lines on his own. Unfortunately Peter was not by himself but he was doing most of the work. I appreciate how humble and kind Peter was despite how hard he was working. Like on the other hand was by far rude and inconsiderate, and I'm sure Luke can learn a lot from Peter about kindness and professionalism. Peter is the best example of what a manager should be. I wish I could hire someone as incredible as Peter and FedEx is lucky to have him!

Been to this particular FedEx facility a few times, occasionally noticed new staffs. This time, I encountered an unpleasant experience from a staff who provides terrible service. Asked for help to print 51 pages of document, this gal looked at me and did not even bother to help. She gave me an attitude and eventually tuen out other rep took over and helped me. Store manger - If you see my feedback, feel free to drop me an line so we can talk further.

I've been here several times right at opening to avoid the crowds and rarely have any issue. Mainly because most of the services are self-serve so there's no need to have the employees help you unless it's packages or customized services. On my last visit I needed a scanning job done and asked the cashier to please help me scan it to my email. She was dismissive and told me I could do it myself. Obviously I could do it myself but I was trying to expedite the process. It would of taken her the 2 minutes it took me and she would of provided the customer service to make it a seamless process. On another visit the printer had an issue printing the first page and I asked the worker to help me print the first page out again. She asked for the printer code and was able to re-print it. It will depend how the customer service is but overall the employees keep busy to interact as little as possible with the customers. The store itself is clean and large. There's plenty of printers and they are maintained well. There's plenty of parking in front of the store. Easy and fast process if you do it yourself and don't need the services that require the employees.

I just had a really bad day here. I needed to print some large documents up. I got a job started on a large plotter and the terminal charged me for the full job ($50). It ran out of paper midway, but they told me to restart the job from where it stopped. I restarted it (charging me $30), but they must had fed it wrong or something because it spat out two sheets from the two rolls in the plotter, wrongly printing for the small roll on the big roll. At this point I had no more money to try again so I just left.

Been here a few times and I 100% agree with the other reviewers that the employees here 1) clearly act like they don't want to be working, 2) didn't have any training on how customer service works and 3) have attitudes. Each time that I've encountered the young Haole male who works at the front, he easily gives off vibes that he doesn't want to help you, it really couldn't be more obvious. If you ain't happy working there and can't provide customer service, then go out there and get your a** in a position where you don't have to interact daily with customers.

Only had one image to print and this was my second time using Fedex or any other print service. to be clear im reviewing this location, not fedex in general and comparing it to the location at The Plant shopping center in San Jose where i had my first experience. The young man at the counter here does not quite grasp the concept of customer service. He was annoyed with my question of what's the email address i use to send my image to the printer and quite unwilling to go the extra step of showing me how to perform the service i needed despite telling him i don't know what im doing. In comparison, at the SJ location, the young man there helped me print my image out, asked me what type of paper i wanted and made sure i was happy with quality before charging me for anything. Not sure if that's considered going the extra mile these days, but i certainly appreciated it.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service - simply atrocious. I rarely write reviews, but the community should be aware this location is horrendous. The employees are exceptionally rude, exceptionally lazy, and it is obvious they do not want to be at work. They seem to simply disdain folks walking in the door looking to ship a package or ask a question about their services. I have lived in the area 6 + years, and have always used this location due to convenience and a modicum of reliability. Something dramatically changed during the COVID shutdown, and it appears impossible for the store now to staff with professional, courteous *adults* happy to work and engage with the public. After my most recent 2 experiences at this location I refuse to use it any longer, and will simply start using the local post office. FedEx corp should be aware of locations such as this one which appear to have no quality control.
