I drop off large packages weekly at different vendors (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, USPS) when I miss the regular pick up times at work. This place was clean, large, and had a nice cart/dolly by the door. I found parking right in front 🎊🎉 and the staff was helpful.

Went to this FedEx to get some help in mailing an important tax package to my accountant. I stood there for at least 5 mins waiting for someone to help me. There were two people in the printing area supposedly doing something on the computer. I know one of them was helping someone with printing. Anyway, I didn't know what to do, so I waited for someone to come and help me as I stood there by the counter. They didn't even look in my direction. Other people came in and out conducting their business. I felt stupid standing there without anyone helping me, so I just left. I went to another FedEx location a few minutes away and I was helped as soon as I entered the store. Never going back to this location again! Terrible!

Phone support is awful. Couldn't get past a robo phone system to get a simple question answered. Saving $ on their phone IT at the cost of terrible customer experience. Called UPS instead and a much better experience with a real person.

Pompous and condescending. Demanded they repackage at significant cost for absolutely no reason. Went down the street to ups and they accepted with no problem.
Do yourself a favor and head to ups down the street instead
