Amazing online chat service after you login, with very quick response time. If you meet the requirements of their rewards checking account, you get a great interest rate (but if you don't, you don't get that high interest).

I have been a member of this credit union since 1979 when I started working for Hewlett Packard.This credit union always provided very friendly, courteous and professional help.Over the years they have grown a lot, yet they are able to keep to the same culture with a unique friendly atmosphere.Even my grown up children keep their accounts with them that they had as children.

We have been with First Tech for about 20 years. Our questions are answered quickly, any issues with improper debits/charges are addressed and investigated, and new cards issued quickly. We have several accounts with First Tech and we are happy with their service.
