The management is horrible. I went in to get help by Phi which is the manager, and she was so rude & unprofessional. This bank doesn't deserve my business anymore. Definitely closing account

First let me say I don't give negative reviews, but if I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband is currently working out of state with his debit card marked with the state he is working in. He needed a bed, so bought one that was to be delivered in several weeks. The card was pending as a card hold and the fraud department contacted him about this charge. He wasn't sure what they were talking about, so they canceled the card. He then called back and told them it was a legit charge. To late, card canceled. He would have to go to the bank on Monday for a new card. He is three states away. I went to the bank to get a new card for him, but they said he had to sign in person for it even though everything is jointly owned, I asked if they could send a docusign, they said no. (who doesn't have docusign) I asked if they could call for him to authorize, no. All they could do was order a new card and it would come to his homestate address, not work state, in 7-10 business days. ( I could pay to expediate,$$$, but no guarantee it would be faster) Then I would have to overnight it. $$$. Was told in branch, that since the charge for the bed was pending it would go through, NO, it declined, and now he is without a bed from a fantastic Black Friday sale, and his card. I then decided to use their ATM for cash and send the cash to him. Went outside to ATM, out of service, came back in and they told me it was being serviced. Never offered to withdraw some cash for me. The personal banker brought up a list of shared credit unions who could get him cash, in his work state, so he left work early to go to the shared credit union to try and get some cash for the next 2 weeks. They told him they don't have access to do this, even though the personal banker gave me this credit union as a shared branch. Now he is without any cash until I can mail some, (so secure, right). All the while the person I was working with was on the phone with their help desk, which I could of done from home. As I left the branch, I was asked if there was anything else I needed help with?? I REALLY DOUBT IT. Note Pre covid I loved this Credit Union. NOW, They never have a teller staffed, you have to wait for a personal banker to finish with a customer at their desk, they have employees who are no longer trained, who spend most of the their time on the help line, which I can do from home. I will be moving our accounts in the near future. Update: My husbands card was priority mailed to our address, THANK YOU, and his transaction has now gone through. I will give them 3 stars now.

I had an excellent experience with this establishment. I am grateful that Henning aided me in my mission to accrue increasing monetary assets through a substantial yield throughout 13 months. Henning was extremely knowledgeable and offered reassurance in my investment. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

They're withholding my money and now I'm late on my car payment.They have the worst customer service with no bedside manner.One lady scoffed at me and berated me over the phone.Another lady was passive aggressive and closed my accounts without my permission. I wish I knew how to sue them.

Member care representative did not introduce herself and was very transactional. I'm very disappointed by it. It's not a traditional banking I am used to.

Still waiting for my check... Someone replied to my first review saying to contact her so they can look into this for me. How? Do? I? Contact? You? They told me they sent my check via regular mail and it takes 7-10 business days for the USPS to deliver the check to me via regular mail. NO IT DOESN'T! I do not like working with companies that act like I was born yesterday and don't know how things work. Just own up to the fact on what's going on. That would help a lot. Getting the run around? That is so unprofessional. I just want to know what is going on. Not having a straight answer just sucks.

I've never been late on a payment in my life. I was 32 days late because the auto pay didn't withdraw due to the fact I switched banks. Nobody ever got in touch with me at all about it. Since it was 2 days past 30 days they reported it to credit bureaus. That's when I realized I was late and immediately paid it along with 40% of the loan at once ($13,000). I contacted them to take this off the credit reports because it was entirely an accident and they never contacted me. They said they'd look into it and came back to say they won't do anything to take it off my report because it was 30 days past the due date. My credit received its first ever derogatory mark because of this and dropped 100 points. They don't care about you. Think I'll just pay off the entire loan ($23,000 left) at once in the next month just to get away from this type of behavior.

Ms Pujan was very helpful and courteous and warm. She helped me with my transactions and made good recommendation. The credit union is more accessible now after the pandemic and the team at the stevens creek site is very helpful.

1. Customer service not friendly, not knowledgeable and demonstrating "get rid of the customer asap" attitude.2. Bank never allow to use customer funds in international travel - your card will be blocked each time when you are trying to use it. Their assurance that customer has to notify bank before international travel - just a combination of words and nothing else. Even if you notify First Tech 3 times before traveling - they still block your card to protect themselves and cause you a hustle.

So, I decided to open my first tech checking and saving account because my family members banks there and my daughter works there. Wanted to move to them from bank of America because of the issue there, two weeks into these accounts and here we are on Christmas weekend and my accounts with all my money are locked and being looked in to. 12/23 was the day I found this out while trying to do a mobile deposit on my paycheck. I call them to find out what was going on, got no real answers to anything and my account with all my money is still locked. My family got to enjoy a great noodles and butter Christmas Dinner because I was not able to get to my money to buy the proper food, my car insure is overdue now my car payment is due and other bills are coming but I am not able to use my money. Don't bother trying to bank with this outfit. I will be removing my money and going somewhere else. Next time I will look to the reviews because seems my family has had ok time with them but this is how it starts out for me.
