Horrible place - Expect a 2-3 hour wait for a simple oil change EVEN with an appointment - Plus they are a "Bait and switch" on the price. Correction - WORSE than that - According to the manager, making an appointment only means the vehicle will be done by the end of the day, EVEN for a simple oil change - It could take all day. No kidding - WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT??? Plus the staff are rude! YIGES - AVOID THIS PLACE! This is the Goodyear on North Deanza Blvd in Cupertino.

Steven with the long hair really helped with equalizing my tire pressure and helped to reset the tire sensors. He didn’t take any tips or money and was very insightful about cars. Also resourceful as a problem solver

They have fantastic customer service and expert technicians. This is the place for any tire fixes or buying quality new tires. I highly recommend their services!

They installed new tires manufactured 2 years ago. 2 tires had different manufacturing dates. Also they have not cleaned the tires after installation. Left the store with dirty wheels.

I had the first appointment of the day to install 4 pre-ordered tires, since it is only 2 miles from my house. When I arrived, the manager said since he had short of people my car not be done as scheduled: I had to leave the car until the end of the day. That was in the early morning, and there were a few people trying to squeeze in for the day. If you are short of people, don't book new slots. Need to honor the scheduled ones, not treating customers like that. What a poor service management! Stay away from this store. I left to another store at Winchester to have my tires delivered and installed in the same morning.

So, I brought in my tire that had a screw in it. They said patchable, and then called me to say it wasn't. I'd need a new tire due to damage on the inside (circled in red).I get that, but how are there two punctures (picture 1 and picture 2)?I'll be reaching out to corporate about this. Something isn't adding up.

I have a slow leak in one of my wheels. It loses about 1psi per day. I took my car into Goodyear and the manager, without diagnosing anything, said my tire would need to be completely replaced. A simple patch would not suffice. He sold me a new tire for $400 (it’s an expensive tire, and the price includes labor and sales tax).I continued to lose air from the same wheel, so I returned with my car. The receptionist said there definitely had been something wrong with my tire, but a mechanic would check it. The mechanic found no leaks in the brand-new tire, wrote “customer believes tire is losing air” on the inspection report, and I walked back to pick my car up.Two days later, since my wheel was still losing air, I returned. The manager checked it himself this time and found a leak in the rim. He told me this would be a $200 fix, or an $800 new rim, but that replacing or fixing rims is not Goodyear’s specialty.Overall, I don’t think I can leave a positive review since I’m out $400, have had my car in the shop for over six hours, and my problem remains unchanged.

Don't go here. They will make you wait forever. They won't even schedule you to come in without promising a minimum of 3 hours waiting for a tire rotation I need, let alone getting new tires, which I had them do a half year ago when the wait was so long I had to leave and go back on their "less busy day" when I still waited 4 hours. Going to this Goodyear store is punishment.

The online appointment has no meaning. Even you selected a specific time slot, you still have to leave the car in the store for a whole day.

Had a tire replaced for my Tesla Model-Y. A few weeks later, the TPMS sensor fault showed up for the tire that was changed by Goodyear. Tesla said that Goodyear damaged the TPMS sensor when they mounted the new tire. When i reached out to Goodyear, they did not take responsibility to fix or reimburse the TPMS sensor that they broke. Goodyear says they don't know how to replace TPMS sensors for Model-Y. I had to pay Tesla to replace the TPMS sensor for the tire that Goodyear replaced. Disappointing experience

Went here recently. They were efficient and super friendly. I called the day before for some information and they were able to get me a quote, and get my work order started. I start work at 2pm and they were done with my car before noon. I would go back

Went for a flat tire fix Friday morning as they opened. Got told I'll get a call when ready. Near end of day on Friday I called them and they told me tire was ready (why didn't they call me yet?) Got there and it looked like they just started working on the tire. Most egregious is that the wheel was returned without the hub, so now I'll have to buy a replacement. No professionalism at this store, avoid.
