Front staff lady is extremely nice and overall the storage unit is clean and well kept. In a good neighborhood which was important to me being I'm storing my valuables here. Prices not bad either.

Just rent a storage unit. The place was clean. The office manager, Leslie was very kind and efficient. Highly recommend this place.

The units are upstairs which means you have to heft everything up the stairs yourself, and when you have a disability or have a lot of stuff that's really heavy it is hard. I think they shouldn't offer the locks to customers personally.
