“These guys did a pretty good job on the cleaning of my two dress shirts and leather jacket. Although the price to clean off my jacket was Abhi high, I felt the quality of their work was worth it. I was concerned there would be rips or shrinkage of my items, or that they would even lose some of my garments based on the past yelp reviews I've read, but they did a good job. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because they could more organized and it would be nice if they added a dressing room. I felt almost rushed to get out of there as soon as I picked up my clothes.”

“From 2016 to 2020, it was always Crown Cleaners where I dry cleaned my clothes and husband's clothes too. The owner Karen was knowledgeable and truthful when it came to advice on cleaning (or not cleaning) some of our more elaborate items, specifically our heavy beaded or embroidered suits from Punjab Pakistan and Delhi India, especially salvars, shervanis and lehengas. Our other more conventional office work shirts and pants were always perfectly cleaned, pressed, labeled, and double-labeled on the garment tags. I am confused by some of the negative reviews written on this Yelp page about Crown Cleaners, because all my dry cleaning tickets done year-round for four years from 2016 to 2020 were uniformly excellent. On several occasions, Karen even noticed and repaired missing buttons and liner holes in jackets, without my realizing, requesting or paying for the repairs. I only remember 100% professionalism from this establishment.”

“Great neighborhood laundromat!!
I went to Lucky Laundromat today and had a really good experience. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and I had the whole place to myself, which made it easy to use the big machines and get everything done quickly. One of the employees was there cleaning the washers and vents, which made the space feel well-kept and taken care of.
I met the owner, Randy, who stopped by while I was there. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and he helped me set up an app to pay for my laundry when I mentioned I’d gone home to grab my debit card. It’s a small thing, but it was thoughtful and appreciated.
All around, a reliable spot, clean, efficient, and well-run.”

“Laundry day. No clean clothes, so let's get them washed. Lo Behold, my apartment complex washer is flooded and out of service! Initiate panic mode!! I immediately headed here because it's around the corner from my house, but discovered it was a membership based Laundromat. However, if you ask for a guest pass, they will grant you access. Just ring the doorbell. Eunice answered the door and I explained my situation. She was very polite, super chill, and explained and showed how they operate. She even let me leave my bike by the door inside, which I didn't expect. I was grateful for that because I didn't think of bringing my lock. Just be polite and respectful of their common sense rules, and you can wash all your worries away (I was having a stressful day already, and the broken washer was the cherry on top)
They are not currently offering membership, I did ask. But she said I can come back again if I ask for a guest pass again. And I would happily come back because I felt welcomed.
Further things to note
1) This is not a coin-op or cash laundry. They only accept card or apple pay, and you have to load credits onto a laundry card. But there is no fee to use the card or minimum amount to load. The smallest washer is $5.50 and fits an average load
2) There is a cutoff time for guests to use the facilities which is 4:45 pm. And you need to make sure you remove your load as soon as it's done and not leave it for an excessive time
3) There is no food allowed. Best eat your snacks outside or wait until you're done. This place is very neat and tidy for this reason
4) Don't wash clothes or bedding with excessive pet hair. I was told this was a big one!

“I've come by several times to have my clothes either dry cleaned or hemmed, and I cannot express how great this place is. Customer service is great and turnaround is quick. During my recent (last minute) visit, I expressed that I needed several clothes dry cleaned for my birthday, and they came through without surprise. Highly recommended service, and will definitely be back in the future! Appreciate all the help so far.”
“Love coming to wash here. Clean laundromat. Machines are all working. Dryers dry well. Has a sink in the middle of the laundromat which is good to rinse out or wash ur hands. Towels and cleaner are provided to clean at your own discretion. Has vending machine, and cream chest. Bathroom is clean. You don't use quarters- you will have 2 purchase a card to load money to it with bills or your debit card. They sell soap/softener if you need it.”

I cannot praise the service provided by the owner enough! I accidentally lost my wallet in the plaza, which contained all my essential cards and IDs. To my amazement, the owner found it and promptly turned it into the nearest Chase Bank branch, knowing there's a chase credit card in the wallet. The bank staff reached out to me, ensuring the safe return of my wallet with all its contents intact. This act of honesty and integrity truly impressed me.
