Our recent visit was nothing short of brilliant. We had a gift certificate for a champagne and oyster tasting, and it exceeded all expectations. The oysters, provided by The Bywater next door, were paired with a variety of sparkling wines and champagnes. These weren’t your typical big-brand selections; instead, we enjoyed unique wines from small, intriguing wineries. Ryan, the owner, expertly guided us through each tasting, answering all our questions and helping us appreciate the distinct characteristics of each wine. It was an absolute treat.

“I come here from time to time to get some good bbq. The tri-tip and brisket are smoked to perfection. The portions are hefty and can be shared. They have a great wine selection and a large variety of spirits tequila in particular. I highly recommend a visit to this local market.”
“This Total Wine and More is my favorite. The selection is amazing, and they regularly have wine tastings which are fantastic. We go almost every week on Friday or Saturday to try the wines they have out for tasting and choose a couple of bottles to take home. Last week Oliver was doing the tasting and he was awesome! We got to try several wines that he thought we would like, and we ended up taking 4 bottles home with us!

“I went by to check out the place to see if they have an outdoor tasting area for guests. Not yet but hopefully soon. I bought my favorite wines one Sonoma Zin one red blend from Rutherford. My favorite CA Chardonnay and a Brut Sparkling Wine from Anderson Valley and a Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley. Everything is very well organized and I enjoyed discovering their wines. The staff are excellent and answered my questions about Brut vs other Sparklings/champagnes. I left the wine there because I was on a walk from home and picked it up on my way home. They have a lot of other countries wines too. Maybe next time!”

One staff member (Kyle) even sent me a list of resources for wine education, which I’ve since found invaluable. “Upscale grocery store, with hot take out from the deli, and full meals to take out, mains and sides separate, all kinds of nice things, it's a good looking store, a little crowded for maneuvering but I really like shopping there.”

“The perfect neighborhood store. The folks there are very kind and the owner has a great sense of humor, often joking and laughing with customers. I always leave the store smiling. They have anything you’d expect a corner store to have and the beer selection is better than any 7-11 out there. The owner offers to even order specific items you want but don’t see there. That’s a level of customer service you don’t see at stores much these days that’s for sure. Great spot.”
