Came here on a Monday night, mildly busy. For some reason they ran out of taro balls, even though taro balls are in basically every menu item (that’s like McDonald’s out of fries!) Their lack of kitchen management caused a long glut of unfilled orders (there’s a screen and you can see all the orders and whether they’ve been filled). We ordered a red bean soup and an egg waffle, which they only have on weekdays (fair, takes a while to cook).Well, joke was on us, because the taro balls took SO LONG (over 15 minutes) that we told them to forget the taro balls. Who knows how long they would’ve taken, I think they were planting taro plants in the back.Turns out our egg waffle had long been cooked, and was just sitting there. They didn’t offer to remake the waffle. Instead, they handed us an egg waffle, now cold and soggy from sitting in its own steam in a flimsy cardboard box. Unclear why they didn’t just give us the waffle as soon as it was ready so that we could enjoy it while it was still fresh. They kept it hidden behind the counter??Take your $20 and go to the other dessert places in this plaza instead.

We got the tofu pudding with Q mochi and there was HAIR inside the mochi ???Aside from the many black specks/dots in the tofu pudding, the Q mochi had these hard lumps in them (which I hope was just poorly blended taro) but there were multiple short little HAIRS in some of the mochi. It was definitely human hair and short like eyelashes but thick enough to be public hair...I've never been so disgusted.I know I should taken photo of this, but it would have been so unpleasant to make a fuss about it when eating with someone...and as much as I could be angry at the staff at the front counter, it was likely from the staff in the back in make the mochi. This was extremely disappointing having went to Meet Fresh for many years. I've submitted an inquiry through the website because this needs to be investigated.

Always a reliable dessert spot after a good meal. Wait times are a bit long, about 20 minutes at 9 PM. However, the interior is veey spacious and great for chatting with friends.I definitely recommend the Tofu Pudding or the Hot Grass Jelly. Great options and I like that you can customize the different toppings you add: peanuts, caramel pudding, melon jelly, etc. I personally really enjoy the Rice Ball Tofu Pudding. You can get it hot or chilled! The Milk Shaved Iced here is SO GOOD! Very classic and nostalgic in taste. Great to share and customize. They are known for their taro balls, but I personally enjoy the almond pudding and melon jelly the most!

Located in downtown Cupertino, large place with lots of seating. Ordering is easy with the self serve kiosk. Tried the mango fruit drink with boba which was nice.

Great authentic Taiwanese dessert place. My family and I come here a lot, and we love it. I recommend the icy taro ball signature if hot, or red bean soup if cold.Meet Fresh Cupertino is on Main Street, so plenty of parking, but it depends sometimes on what day you go.The only thing is that sometimes the wait for the digital menu is a little long. But one thing I usually do is order on my phone.Overall, meet fresh is incredible, and it’s all across the globe.

Not busy at the time when I stopped by but it took 25 min to get a tea. Nothing came out for 15-20 min so there were more than 20 people waiting for their orders around the pick up area but staffs did not care about anything. Hire more staff! The capacity shows 180 peple in that place but there were only 1-2 staffs making orders. Care more about the service!

The best dessert cafe in this area. I strongly recommend their grass jelly soup- it’s hot and sweet. I added taro, almond pudding and taro balls. Delicious.

They gave me the wooden spoon, and it's like drinking soup with a stick. Asked for a normal spoon but was denied. How retarded can they be?

ALWAYS ALWAYS check before you leave if ordering things to go. They ALWAYS make mistakes and can't complete orders correctly. Last time we ordered two hot grass jelly and added some toppings. None of the extra toppings were included. And the complimentary peanuts were missing too. We didn't notice this until we got home as we had those for to-go. We also had passion fruit green tea. It was so watery and flavorless we had to throw it away. There are many tea shops at the Bay Area, you should not get tea drinks from them. This wasn't the first time they screwed up our orders. Apparently their employees are not competent enough to make such simple tasks correctly.

It took us longer than 25 minutes to get 2 teas. By then the hot tea was lukewarm and we had to heat it up.Also, there were three open doors all the time, maybe to air the interior, but the place was too cold to be enjoyable. Also the place was noisy, but I think that was expected for the big open space.

After waiting for an hour and a half for the takeout order, I was told that it was finally ready. When I went to pick it up, I was told that I didn’t know where it was?? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?Then after I asked again and again, he said he could redo it for me.Got it, you're just teasing me. Thank you.

Great place to go if it’s not too crowded. If you share the desserts with your friends, inexpensive, not too bad.

We love getting the grass jelly desserts here.Service is hit or miss and their frequent buyer app is constantly glitchy. Make sure to double check your receipt and the bags since I've actually had my take out order get mistakenly taken by someone else when I was standing there the entire time. They don't page you promptly when your order is finished. :(
