Came here this morning and I had a bad experience with Virginia. When I came in she was working with a customer so I waited then she passed by and told me she will be with me shortly. 10 minutes go by and I just asked if there may be someone else that can help me and she said "no, that's why I told you I will be with you shortly!" Rudely. So I waited some more. Then she finally was able to help and after she has slammed my card back on the counter. I was depositing cash and she kept counting the money over again, so I asked if there was a machine that she can just count it on so I can also make sure she didn't want to. So I asked if it was an option she said "no only if it's a preference." I asked a preference of the customer or teller. She said "me!" So she ignored my request which is insane to me to have dealt with this at a Credit Union Meriwest. This is just insane when I come here to vibe my thousands of dollars ! Very rude!!! Love Meriwest have been a member for years and this was the worst encounter at any bank !

Disappointing for a credit union. They charge $3 to transfer your money. Might as well go to a bank.

No complaints about this branch but Meriwest is rife with fees for a credit union. They charge $3 for an electronic transfer. None of my other credit unions do that, not even banks charge for electronic transfers. They also charge an overdraft fee to transfers between accounts at Meriwest, even if you set up overdraft protection. Might as well use a traditional bank.

So grateful for real life humans that care about customer service and have integrity for the work they do. Sarah really helped Meriwest shine today which cured the bad tastes leftover from the overflow call center as my first interaction with this company. This is such a lovely location right in the heart of cupertino, didn't have an appointment and thought I would be turned away but Sarah the branch manager made me felt very welcome and answered all my questions. It is rare to walk away from a financial institution with a smile on your face but Sarah manages to make it happen.

The Meriwest Cupertino branch is such an amazing location. I always feel welcomed by their team and the Branch Manager Sarah Hayes is amazing! The team here in Cupertino always makes you feel welcomed and they make it easy to do transactions or get clarity on your accounts. I love this branch!

I went to Meriwest to open an account. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Sarah Hayes who assisted me was so kind and helpful. She was knowledgeable and walked me through my account opening. I walked out of the branch with Meriwest on my phone and my debit card in hand. What more could you ask for! Such an amazing experience.

I recently dealt with Anna Phan at Meriwest CU who helped me with a HELOC and an auto loan. It was a pleasure working with Anna! I started an application at another credit union but they were taking a long time to respond and were not keeping me informed. When I explained to Anna what I was looking for, she gave me a timeline for getting it done and stuck to it. Of course, I canceled the other application to work with Anna instead, and I'm glad I did! She was thorough and kept me informed at every step of the process. I had such a good experience that I immediately went back to her to apply for an auto loan. She handled that loan the same way and got it done quickly. I recommend her to anyone who's looking for high quality customer service.

Cupertino's Meriwest office is fantastic. Pleasure doing my business here. Mr Michel was so helpful. All the bank tellers are very nice and responsive. The only negative thing and this is about Meriwest in general (not this office) is the terribly long waiting time on the phone. I waited 40min the first time and 55min the second (while working). The issue was not possible to resolve online. Please consider adding more custom reps to respond to calls. Thank you.

Stopped by after lunch since the location looks beautiful from out side and Sarah Hayes the branch manager was so kind in answering my questions about accounts and made the whole process of setting up the account painless. Even got an email a couple of weeks later reminding me to set up direct deposit and getting myself on to the app! Two thumbs up !
